Dojoville Bar // 2208 Hours // Jack Treyman // Monday Nov. 18, 2016 Tatakai Years. The door swiftly opened, and in walked Jack. The barflies and regular patrons all looked over to the figure who had been wearing a slate grey suit on his fairly slim, muscular frame as he started picking at and adjusting his fiery red hair atop his head, which was slicked back at the front to look classier than he normally appeared to be in his mask and tiger striped cloak. No weapons were seen on him though, for they weren't needed. Trudging along behind him, the Cowboy by the name of JT was cracking his mechanical knuckles on his left hand, in order to prevent rust from settling in. His duster hovered a fair ten inches off the ground but the brown outfit was still tattered, torn and riddled with bullet holes from past endeavours on the upper half of his extremely muscular body while the skin tight, emerald green jumpsuit that clung to his body rippled near the waist with every movement. As per usual, he was armed to the teeth. Either figure stepped up to the wooden table in the bar, as a blonde waitress came by to greet either of the... Strange, men. Strange as in Treyman was dressed a little too classy and JT had been a cowboy in the modern day. While Jack was busy flirting with the waitress and consequentially getting the first round of whiskey and vodka on the house, JT had set his hat down on the table and checked the Tac-Pad embedded inside of his right arm. JT: "Trey, the -blam!- am I here for?" Jack: "You're getting social interaction." JT: "I don't need it." Jack: "Dude, you turned down three parties this week for 'Training,' you need it." JT: "...-blam!-, fine. But you know what goes down when I dr-" Jack: "I know, I know, you get flirty and turn into a -blam!-boy. Chill, casanova." JT: "Casa-what?" Jack: "Dude, really?" ((Open for conversation. Fighting will not be fair, so pls don't try))

  • "you better" He laughed, then sighed "anyhow, one thing I can't get over here? or well, two.... One, why are they obsessed with Phoenix? I knew the man but still, I don't worship him Two, what's with the furries?"

  • "Firstly, the guy was a legend. Hell he had a cult dedicated to him, branded me with this," JT said as he held up his left arm, the sleeve falling to reveal a black skeletal prosthetic limb, adorned with the blue sigil of the Cobalt Phoenix on the centre of the forearm. "Secondly, I blame bio-engineering."

Alongside the two men in the bar were two...other odd figures. A male, who clearly didn't want to be there in the first place, and a female, who clearly wanted to be there. The male of the two simply sat in the corner of the packed bar, sipping from a bottle of whiskey silently as his ice cold eyes scanned the entire room, his rather large left hand set upon the wooden table as his equally large right gripped the bottle tightly. A frown was upon the man's angular, pale face, almost hidden away by the dark beard covering his chin. His hair, although combed, was still surprisingly wild and unorganized. If he stood up at his full height...the man would have been six foot eleven. All that was upon him was a pure white t-shirt covered in dirt that his away his muscular, yet thin body, and a pair of tan work pants, a pair of dark brown boots upon his feet. The man, for those that did not know him - was Olythran, the last of Eleum Loyce's knights, and he certainly wasn't in the best of moods. As for the female - who might have caught the attention of the General and the cowboy more - it was simply a Remyre woman, probably around her thirties, with light blue skin, an angular, sharp face and gleaming cyan blue eyes, a grin upon the alien's face as she chugged yet another beer. She was currently residing at the bar counter itself, paying for more and more drinks - while buying drinks for others. Clad upon her extremely thin body was a tight black hoodie, alongside a pair of navy blue skinny jeans. The girl's bleach white curly hair simply fell to her shoulders, as she was too drunk to even bother to tie it back. The woman, herself, went by the name of Maradyya, although she was used to Mara.

  • "John, did Jerven ever mention another Remyre at the Dojo?" Treyman asked as he soon stood up, and the Marshal followed suit. Both the last knight of Eleum Loyce and Mara were spotted by Treyman and JT, and since the Cowboy would more than likely get along better with the knight, Treyman patted the cowboy on the shoulder and made way to the Remyre. JT soon walked to the knight Olythran as the brass spurs on his cowboy boots made a light jingling noise run through the air with each of the heavy steps from the Marshal. He soon took a seat beside Olythran and leaned over the counter, grabbing a bottle of whiskey from under the counter before speaking. "Rough day?" Treyman was more on the friendly side than JT was so he took his chances at a conversation with Mara, and as his black shoes hit the floor to carry him over, he put either of his hands into the pockets of his slate grey jacket. With a smile on his face he stopped maybe a meter away from Mara as he grinned, his not so deep yet not squeaky voice and distinct Canadian accent combining with his words. "Either you're a Remyre or naturally stunning," he flirted, though that was just his personality so it was best Mara didn't take anything from it.

The knight only looked over silently at the cowboy, before nodding in agreement after he drunk down some of the liquid within the rather large bottle resting between his cold, muscular fingers, a stone ring wrapped around his pointer finger. "I would not call it a bad one, sir. Just not a desirable one for a knight such as myself. Got into this place with the help of milady Mara over there -" Olythtan raised a hand to point at Mara, his expression stone cold. He seemed to care for her, yes - but it was far from a romantic manner. "Good girl, although we have nothing in common. She suggested that we get some drinks and party. I suggested that we train." The knight took yet another swig, lightly placing the bottle down upon the wooden table. "What brings you here then, sir? Don't look as if you would wish to be here in the first place." As for the Remyre, Mara? She laughed a little, smirking at Treyman before taking a swig from a beer bottle - her fourth beer, to be exact. She seemed like the drinking type. "Heh. I don't think we've met. O-Or maybe we've met, and I'm too drunk to realize it. What's ya name?" Mara was far from sober at this point, although she was still having a good time. She was new to the Dojo, and certainly wanted to meet new people - even if she was drunk as all hell.

  • "Friend of mine suggested I go drinking to forget, even though I literally can't get drunk." JT's tone expressed deep sorrow for past events. He wasn't drinking to forget but rather to get his mind off his past, losing people he cared for and loved. From his wife or his past girlfriends like Ren, Isabella and Caitlyn to old friends that fell like Derek and Ivan. "Though the whiskeys, one night stands and people met certainly help. I'm John, resident cowboy." "Jack," the man in the grey suit replied as he grinned to the drunken Remyre. He was all to accustomed to seeing people in that state and on occasion being the person who was hammered drunk, although if he were to get drunk, it would just result in some stupid yet funny moments. "You got a name or does "Beautiful" suffice?"

"Olythran, residing knight and once proud warrior of Eleum Loyce. You mentioned that you cannot get drunk?" Now, Olythran was usually a hardcore sounding guy in his daily life - but as John told him that he couldn't get drunk...well, the Loyce Knight almost looked sad. Although he had never drunk too much in his life - Olythran had seen alcohol as a reliever for some, and seeing someone not even capable of getting drunk...well, it bothered him to some capacity. "Tis a shame, truly. I suppose it is a part of an enhancement you have? Most likely cybernetic, or augs? I am not familiar with these terms..." And back at the bar counter, Mara only chuckled in response, before actually responding to him in her drunken manner. "Beautiful's fine, if I get to call you "Handsome". But s-seriously. I go by Mara." The alien laughed once more, seeming as cheery and happy then she ever had been at the moment. Which, I guess if you're in a bar, drunk, and flirting with a dude consistently...you have to be pretty damn happy at the moment.

  • "Nope. I ain't a human, I'm an Atlas. Born in the Atlas Project, technically I started as a human sperm and was grown in a series of test tubes. The end result, a guy with a brain so efficient that alcohol and gas has minimal effect normally." JT's augs were nearly undetectable to most people's eyes unless they had been attuned to spotting mechanical joints, with the exception of his arms. The left which once belonged to Cobalt Phoenix was a skeletal, charred black aug with his sigil on it, while the right had clear as day outlines where it bent, due to the Cyberpunk style JT's lands took. "I'm Jack, though 'Handsome' works as well," Treyman replied with a chuckle as he sat on a stool next to Mara, his right hand resting on the counter while his left remained within the confines of his lap. "Would you mind if I bought you a drink?"

"Hmm. I've only begun to encounter such technology...I descend from a land where time is convoluted, and the people themselves...well, you'd say they were stuck in the past. I was a knight, raised in Eleum Loyce, one of the ancient kingdoms of that realm. Long story, to...say the least." Judging from the knight's tone, something had happened when he was at Eleum Loyce. His grip tightened upon his very bottle, a sigh escaping his lips as he recalled the events that occurred long, long ago. Mara only chuckled in response to Jack's offer, although the blue-skinned Remyre only shook her head in response. "I-I think I'm good. I'd have to get you a drink if you got me one, just how I work."

  • "Aye brother, seems both our homes were strange ones," remarked JT as he grabbed a glass of whiskey from the barista as she swam on by, which made the Marshal take a sip out of impulse. "I'm from a country called Cylak, little shithole on Felghast, which is literally the definition of Cyberpunk. Though it was mostly bandits and assorted rabble." Soon after JT received his drink, Treyman grabbed his own from the waitress who swung by him and thanked her. Just before taking a sip he looked to Mara with a grin. "Can't argue with that logic. So Mara, please, tell me about yourself."

Olythran only nodded in response, his deep frown turning into a faint grin as he took yet another swig of his now halfway full bottle of whiskey, the alcohol swishing downwards to the nozzle. "Heh. The girl over there, hanging with the guy you came in with? She's from some place called Homeworld. Not sure of what it is, but..." Mara leaned against the bar counter itself while her bright cyan eyes locked onto Treyman, the wide grin still upon her face. She definitely seemed like the partying type, to say the least. "Well, I'm from New Intro City, big-ass place in Homeworld. Thirty-one, had a job as a waitress. Nothing much. What about you, handsome?" She laughed quietly, chugging down more alcohol and becoming more drunk by the minute.

  • "New Intro? I know a dude down there, another blueskin. Jerven Trexi, you might know 'em." "Military," Jack responded in a slightly more serious tone though he somehow kept the feeling of fun coursing through his words as he spoke. "I'm a general for the New Terran Republic and head of the Hunters Legion, and command a few soldiers in the field."

"Unfortunately, I have not heard of him. I wonder if Mara would know him at all...I doubt it, but it would be worth asking her. As for your friend...who is he, I wonder? Perhaps a soldier, a warrior or something of the sort?" Olythran suddenly perked up, as if he was interested in who Treyman was, what his role was in an army, assuming he was within one, how much shit he had killed in his lifetime, and several other questions that most likely involved tactical planning or strategized attacks upon a foe. Oly was a very militaristic person, at times. Mara, meanwhile, actually listened to Treyman speaking, although she was quite close to being shitfaced drunk. As he finished up, she only nodded, swigging from her beer. "...A soldier? I mean, I've...learned how to shoot a gun. Not exactly a gun person.."

  • "Military general, heads basically what is the mix between an inquisition and an assassin's unit. Jack Treyman, or The Damned General as the edgelords call him, fought in two wars and won both with little effort. Hell the man took on an invading army of robots with one ship, a revolver and five battalions of men, with only one city destroyed and a single revolver in his hand." From writer to writer, the old days of RP were where bullshit like this was all too common. Though it happened, and Treyman's status is forever branded in the halls of the New Terran Republic. "Not everyone's a gun person. I know a guy, Jerven Trexi, the guy's a melee guy. Fisticuffs mainly, he's a Remyre too so he's dealing some serious damage." Dense bones means heavier bones, and the muscles to support Jerven's strength made him a more than capable fighter, able to punch and slightly dent iron. Much like Mara would be capable of, perk of being a Remyre.

Olythran happened to find that bullshit as well, but not necessarily in a negative manner. Instead of snapping, he only looked upon Treyman with what seemed to have been awe, and yet almost amazement, too. "That actually happened? Either that army was a complete joke, or that General needs to teach me how to do shit like that." The knight chuckled to himself quietly, chugging down the last remaining drops of his whiskey before setting the empty bottle down onto the surface of the wooden table. "Best I've done anyway is descend into The Old Chaos and sacrifice myself for the safety of my city...and yet, I still lived somehow, instead of sacrificing my soul like my brothers and sisters and my King, the Ivory King, who plunged into the flame with the ambition to stop its wrath. It worked...but at the cost of his life." "I've got a pair of fisticuffs lying around in my apartment...ought to try 'em out sometime, really. I'm not exactly with this...er, Dojo. Man, people talk shit about that place. I don't think it's that bad...is it?" Mara, to say the least - had heard of the Dojo's reputation of harboring wanted criminals, mass murderers, and overall undesirables. She knew a couple of names, what some looked like, and who to watch out for in general. But she was still asking Treyman, a person who, in her not-so sober state, she hoped would tell the truth.

  • "Damn man... Where'd you say you were from?" JT asked with a tone of curiosity. He'd been just about everywhere in his travels, stopped in on many differing dimensions and galaxies within those, all out of boredom. Sure he had ulterior motive, but nobody had ever gotten close enough to know, and he doubted anyone would ever understand his secrets. "That's a joke yes? This is the Dojo Sector, the place nobody in my military wants to be put. People expect my military to act as a police, the Dojo residents to guard them from murderers, but it ain't that simple. I can't spare resources due to my hunt, and the Dojo people can't predict when and where murderers pop up. The place is hell." Treyman never had a good opinion on the Dojo. While he did enjoy hearing the tales of old warriors like Felix Aeturo and June Bellicose, Brimstone McRoy, and plenty of others - He believed the Dojo's prime time was past, and that the people of Dojoville needed actual police. "Eleum Loyce, an ancient kingdom of the land now called Drangleic by the masses. Deep within the earth, the Old Chaos burns unending, it's fires harboring the souls and vessels of knights and their king. When I left the city, it was frozen in frost and ice, the King's Pet guarding the cathedral that lead into the raging fires of the Old Chaos. I do not know of what fate has become of the city." Olythran only sighed, recalling the beautiful city and its frozen state, and the King's Pet Aava, the massive cougar that guarded the entrance that lead to the flames that took the ones he respected. "...Sounds terrible. I've heard...things. Recent things, happened a couple of months ago. Some stuff about a Stand user...Y'know, from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, a Názi, and a Vileblood, whatever that is, causing chaos 'n shit. I've heard that the Stand user just vanished, and the Názi died...but the other still remains." Mara was clearly referring to some of the current Dojo's most hated residents; Ghiaccio, the user of the Stand White Album, Jack, the bio-manipulating Názi that was eventually decapitated, and Irina, the one that was "redeemed" and was basically granted a way out of the shit she was in, even after murdering several innocents and Dojo members. • "Oh? Heard about that once. Traveled to the wrong Frontier with a friend and found some castle, big red dragon there. Spoke to some knight who mentioned it." JT was lowkey hinting towards Solaris and the castle near the Undead Burg. He had visited once a long time ago, on a cosmic road trip in a sense. Didn't stay too long though. "-blam!-, I've never met half these people. Me and JT over there only know like six people, and he knows four while I know two." JT knew Lucien, Olivia, Lance and Keri, while Jack had known pretty much nobody. Partially due to the fact he's insanely focused with work and JT is too busy augging people to do much, and his lack of social life means more augging.

"Random guess here, but he was a part of a covenant that worshipped the sun, wasn't he?" It was a guess that Olythran took, but even then, he had heard rumors of a sunlight warrior roaming the lands in the past. Of course, time was heavily convoluted in Lordran/Drangleic/Lothric, so things may not have made logical sense at first. "I know pretty much no one here except for Olythran over there...that's really it. And I mean, I guess I know you somewhat, so...two people? Maybe?" Mara actually technically knew another person around the Dojo; Jason, Wehb's psychotic Russian, whom she met in Homeworld after a nightclub party and three thugs. Two of which were absolutely torn to pieces by the man's weaponry.

JT didn't actually mind the sunbro Solaris in his one visit to that kingdom and time-blam!-ed land in all honesty, he found him to be rather nice. "Yeah? Ain't that funny, I know that dude talking to hi- well shit," Jack said to himself as he noticed JT was actually having a conversation, and he chuckled. "I didn't even know that cowboy was capable of talking peacefully."

The bell atop the wooden saloon door rung loudly as it swung open. Out came Luana, who had let her hair down fully since her arrival, where she met one of the patrons currently within the bar, Treyman. It flowed behind her, swaying as she lightly took her steps on the musty floor, brown eyes glaring at those sitting in the dank stools and booths. She sat at the counter next to Treyman and JT, barely noticing them as she raised her hand to signal the barista.

  • "That one there, to our... Ten o'clock," Treyman whispered to JT. Well it was more a hushed tone than anything, in all honesty. He could practically smell the mana that reeked from her body through Manic Attunement, a long forgotten spell from a land of chaos and despair that Treyman inhabits and occasionally visits. "Mage type, courteous as hell... Seems sketchy. Keep an eye on her for me," he said to The Cowboy beside him as he stood from the table, walking to the counter where Luana was as he leaned over the table. He didn't make eye contact with her, but his voice and distinct Canadian accent was still memorable from rvrn one interaction. "Mind if I buy you a drink, Lu?"

She looked over, and was shocked to see Treyman. "Hello!" She eagerly exclaimed, excited to meet the man she met at the Dojo gates and who helped her out. "Good to see you here. And you have a friend with you...?" She pointed to the distant cowboy who looked at her shiftily.

  • "He's edgy, pay no attention to him," Treyman jested only to be met with the Marshal flipping him off from the table, as a glint appeared in either of his cyan eyes. Jack though, he looked over to Luana with a curious look on his face. "So most would expect to find me and that cowboy in a bar, though I assumed you'd take to the classier parts of town," Treyman flirted, though that was just his personality so it was best if Luana didn't take anything from it. "What brings you around here?"
