"I am quite aware that you'd rather be shooting someone than associating with a crowd of dancing people, but it's fun." She says, her own weariness showing through her cheery manner. She, herself, was still pretty new to the whole night life, having fun scene. "And we are going to drink, dance, and have a good time. Got it?" She says, throwing a glance at him as they walked straight to the front doors, past the massive line of party goers and their annoyed glances.

 • Audrey shivered at the sight of Jackson. Moments before, he was a shy, cute guy. Now..he looked like a killer. "I don't think so. I haven't known her for long..but she hasn't said anything about anyone." She looks at the ground for a moment before looking back up. "There are some people in the city that might know what that card means. Some really shady types who deal in information, they hang around towards the ocean front..boardwalk and the like."

 • You're going to take me there. He said, and clearly, it was not up for debate. I'm not losing anyone else. Wolfe's last sentence came out with steeled determination.

 • "Yeah, yeah. Of course." She says, as they began the short walk to the beachfront. Apparently the club they were at, and where Riley had brought them, was pretty close to the ocean. Soon, they were on the boardwalk, where people streamed up and down browsing kiosks in the night, the ocean crashing on the sand a ways away. Audrey led him down the beachfront and back in toward the city a block or so, where a smattering of buildings alleyways led to a brick clearing of sorts. There, a suspicious figure in dark attire with a hood up stood, and turned to face the two new arrivals. "Oh..lookie lookie. What can I help you guys with? Lovely lady and.." He says, looking over Jackson with mild curiosity.

 • He did not speak, approaching and pulling the card he had found on the ground out, showing it to the man. Who are they? Was all that he said, voice cold and determined.

 • "Depends on how much you wanna know." The man made a gesture with his fingers, rubbing them together. Money, simple and plain.

 • Wolfe grabbed him by the throat, dropping the card and lifting him off the ground, his grip vicelike. He looked the man dead in the face, voice remaining cold and without emotion. If you value your life, I suggest you answer me. If Audrey had thought he was shy and cute before, this was a whole different angle. The only two people who would recognize this behavior were Lance and Wilson, only because they had known his father.

 • "I value money, hotshot." The guy snarled, forcing the words out through the strangled grip of Jackson. "If you want any kind of info on Unity, then you'll put me the hell down and fork over a generous amount of money. Because no one else in this city knows anything about them."

 • Jackson slammed the man hard into the railing that lined the boardwalk, the railing cracking as the man's back made contact with it. You're not going to be doing much with money if you're paralyzed. Can't get women and drive fast cars when you're a cripple. He said, an almost calm and amused tone to his voice. Besides, unless he got Wilson on the line again, he didn't have money on him.

 • Audrey stepped forward and shoved a wad of cash into the man's pocket, considering his hands were occupied with scrabbling at Jackson's gauntlet. It was maybe a half dozen bills, but they were hundreds. "Drop him Jackson." She said quietly.

 • He let go of the man, gaze remaining locked on him. This was an unbridled anger... but he knew that this man had information he needed, and thus he complied with Audrey.

 • "That's Unity's mark. They're new in the city, moved in after the Gypsies were killed." He said, massaging his throat with his hands where Jackson had grabbed him. "Powered people have been turning up missing. No one important, little street thugs no one misses. That cards left at every one of their abduction sites."

 • "Not necessarily, but there's an aircraft carrier off the coast that hasn't ever been there. Seems kinda suspicious to me." He says with a shrug.

 • Carriers... great. Lots of room to cover and swarms of baddies, plus he was gonna have to do this on his own... oh joy. Wolfe briefly contemplated shooting the man, but realized that it would likely only draw attention, and so he headed on further to the end of the boardwalk. He needed to get a visual on this ship, better yet, he needed to get to it.

 • Need a ride to the carrier, unless they don't have any tech that hinders teleportation. He replied, not even turning around to look at her.

 • "We have people with teleportation powers here. Chances are they might in case someone gets any ideas." Audrey states quietly. Right now, Jackson was plain scary.

 • Then I need something to get me to that ship. He said, looking for any potentially small-enough craft. This plan was ludicrous, he'd have to approach the carrier undetected under radar nets, sonar, and visual scanning. But, he wasn't about to let Riley bite the bullet.

 • "If you're crazy enough to get someone to fly you there. Someone with super speed.. there's all kinds of people who could do it. This place is littered with a million different powers." She said. So Jackson would have to hire someone, or make good friends really fast.

 • Well, I do have one someone who can help, but I guarantee I'll have that carrier beyond angry. He said. Wilson had the Vertibird. While the gunship was a target, it was heavily armored, and if Wilson could just pass overhead, Wolfe would have a way onto the ship. And so, he called Wilson, establishing a secure comms link with him. Wilson, I need you and the Vertibird. Coordinates as follows. High-speed low pass overtop of a carrier. You can leave as soon as I'm out. A voice replied over his headset. Dammit kid leave me alone. Wilson. I need your help. Seriously. A sigh. Alright fine. Give me ten minutes.

 • "Ok then.." She says, folding her arms and hugging them tightly to her body in the small dress she wore. "I suppose if I hear explosions and gunfire, it's you. Don't die Jackson."

 • I won't. He said. In reality, he was never sure if he'd survive. That was just part of the job. If he had to die to save Riley, so be it.

 • "Ok." She says, turning her back and walking down the boardwalk, off into the night.
