Customer Service, standing there and listening to them complain about everything and anything and expecting me to do something about it when what they're complaining about I have no means to fix or do... but it makes them happy I guess.

That's customer MANAGEMENT. If your company actually wanted customer SERVICE they would give you the power to do something to address the customer's problem. This will sound familiar to some of the people on this forum. [spoiler][i]always try to get customer RETENTION if you can [/i][/spoiler]
