JJ ducks into cover again, catching two plasma bolts on the edge of his shoulder armor. He disengages the outer two layers out of 5 on that particular area. He peeks out at Cannon, and locks on. The missile rack appears again, this time carrying a larger, green warhead. The missile fires, and rockets toward Cannon in a spiraling motion to avoid gunfire. If the missile impacts, it'll deal a massive amount of damage.

[spoiler]No problem.[/spoiler] Cannon tosses an anti thermal smoke grenade, the smoke breaking the lock as he dives for cover to avoid the explosion.

The missile spirals out of control, blowing up away from Cannon's position. However, the explosion is much larger, and the pressure wave hurts Cannon, as well as JJ to some extent. JJ then jumps up, and runs to Cannon's position, trying to destroy his cover with uncharged shots. He eventually reaches the position, with a shot almost fully charged.

Cannon grabs an ion grenade, cooks it, and throws. The resulting EMP electrocuting both of them and frying their armor's electrical components. [spoiler]Ion is more powerful than a normal EMP by about 10 times. EMP hardening will not do much.[/spoiler]

JJ's armor begins to fall from him, all components requiring electricity to work and hold themselves together. They fall away, revealing a surprisingly small man, who is [i]incredibly[/i] pissed off. "No! That's it, you die!" A red aura begins to form around JJ, and almost takes a shape, although it's hard to tell what it is. The same goes for his sword in his sheathe, although it's a black aura. JJ finishes his rush, and is in Cannon's face now. He grips the hilt of his blade, and presses a small red button on the top of his sheathe. A small explosion is heard, and the blade comes flying out of the sheathe at a blinding speed. He aims for Cannon's gun, attempting to use the sword to destroy it.

Cannon swings his armored gauntlet up to block the blow, swinging his rifle at JJ's face. [spoiler]You're using a sim, right?[/spoiler]

[spoiler]No. Go ahead and try to kill him anyway[/spoiler] The sword get stuck the armor, losing its momentum. However, JJ can still maneuver himself. With the rifle in his face, JJ performs a disarming move, tearing the gun away from Cannon's hands. He then unloads an entire clip directly into Cannon's chest, and then pulls his sword out when the clip's empty.

Cannon staggers back, the energy bolts slapping against his armor and leaving nasty burn marks. "You think you're the first one to try and use my own gear against me?" He laughs, stepping forward and headbutting JJ's face.

"No." JJ takes the head butt, and staggers backward slightly. However, that was enough for him to dislodge his sword. So, JJ steps forward again, driving the sword into Cannon's gut. The head butt had made JJ just that little bit more angry, and so Rage and Despair took form. JJ had also tossed Cannon's rifle behind him, making it incredibly challenging for Cannon to get past Rage and Despair in order to regain ranged capability.

Cannon attempts to sidestep the blow, taking it to the stomach and knocking him off his feet. He quickly rolls and draws his side arm, firing three shots at JJ's legs.

Because of Rage being at its weakest point, and because of the shots being fired at point blank, the shots go clean through JJ's leg. He stumbles slightly, but that only makes Despair move slightly downward, toward Cannon's groin. JJ snarls in recognition of the pain, and Rage grows brighter. JJ twists as he rips Despair out of Cannon's stomach, and then cuts through the weaker part of armor that is the underside of Cannon's hip. With his other hand, JJ pins Cannon's shooting hand to the floor, trying to minimize further damage.

Cannon howls in pain, ejecting his wrist mounted blade through JJ's hand and taking off several fingers while grabbing his throat with the other. [spoiler]This is a sim, right?[/spoiler]

Also, you didn't specify what hand, and the only hand near your wrist was the one pinning you down, so I'm gonna assume it was that one.[/spoiler] "GAAAH! You'll die for that!" With Cannon's organs mauled, femoral artery cut, and multiple armor functions shut down, JJ continues to attempt to wreak havoc upon Cannon before he could do more. Rage brightened even further, and Despair grew ever darker, signifying a power increase. JJ then went for the shooting arm again, driving his sword into Cannon's armpit. [spoiler]also, you told me to go look up a picture of Jango Fett. Cannon screams in pain, shoving his knee into JJ's stomach and firing a dart from it into his stomach.

Because of Rage's rising strength, the dart can't fully penetrate it. The most it does it get lodged three quarters of the way into Rage. JJ retaliates by tearing Despair out of Cannon's arm, and into his other arm.

Cannon rolls to take the blow to his shoulder plate, leaving a gash in the armor. With a shout he pushes JJ back with both legs as the dart explodes.

Because of Rage's rising strength, the dart had been pushed to the point where it was about 5 eighths of the way into Rage. When it exploded, it created a hole inside of Rage, and tore up JJ's clothing and some of his muscles. However, Rage kept him mostly intact. So, JJ threw Despair at Cannon, and it landed blade-first into the ground next to him. So, he teleported to it. JJ's left hand, left ankle, and left side were all damaged. However, his right side was still operating fully. That way, he could still try to kill Cannon. Now upon Cannon once more, he slashed at his undamaged leg, attempting to cut the other artery.

Cannon turns into the slash, taking it to his armored greaves and driving his knuckle blade into the hole from the dart, rapidly stabbing hus stomach and stepping back.

JJ responded to the hits vocally and by physically recoiling, but he still didn't stop. He looked at where he stabbed Cannon in the stomach (which would be where the leather pouches are in the photo I showed you), and then head butted Cannon on the wound. Then, Despair grew darker more, and so JJ drove it into Cannon's unwounded leg. By now, any moving at all should cause Cannon immense pain, as well as JJ. However, the pain only makes his gear stronger, and slightly booster the minuscule healing factor that Rage grants him.

Realizing that laying on top of each other and trying to stab each other and isn't gonna work, JJ throws his sword backward, and then he teleports to it. "The wounds... they burn... they burn so much..." Upon looking at JJ's wounds, they actually do seem to be sparking! The sparks are blue, and they keep coming faster. Eventually, JJ screams out of pain, and blue flames erupt from his wounds and engulf him. The flames caused a small explosion, incinerating anything near him and turning it into ash. Cannon, however, is out of range. Eventually, the fire settles somewhat, and JJ can be seen covered in fire, but not dying. Rage and Despair were gone, and instead there was only fire and ash. JJ had raised his hand, and the ash rises with it. So, JJ uses a move of his old friend. He begins to pack his wounds with ash, causing immense physical pain, but now he can manipulate the ash and control his wounded parts again. JJ takes this opportunity to find some cover to craft some weaponry out of ash. Honor, a gift from the late Cobalt Phoenix, has now been unleashed.

"Haar'chak..." Cannon slides into a nearby trench, drawing a bacta syringe and quickly injecting himself. His bacta processing implants kick in and he feels most of the pain dull. "Alright, now for the armor..." He hit his data pad, checking the system scans. Jetpack, tempature controls. And most visor systems were effectively offline, but it still had enough juice to operate some weapons. Stepping back he reloads his rockets and couches back into the smoke.

He then steps forward slightly, and a pair of wings sprout from his back, consisting entirely of blue fire. JJ takes to the skies, quickly flying out of cover and flying over Cannon's previous position. He circles the area as he fires his shotguns into the area, attempting to hit Cannon and burn through his armor.

Cannon takes a glancing hit, burning through his already dead jetpack. Loading a flash feeez carbonite missile, he locks it onto his opponent and launches it, before quickly rolling away from his position.

Seeing the middle incoming, JJ does a roll forward, and goes straight into a dive. However; he shoots the missile as well, blowing it up mid air. He continues to circle, now shooting the last of his rounds at the area where he received shots from.

Edited by Cannon011: 11/22/2016 6:30:21 PMCannon dives back into a collapsed section of the trench, avoiding the incoming fire and shielding himself with the wrecked jetpack as the carbonite missile sprays in all directions. He unclips the pack and detaches the AT missile, tucking it into his belt and drawing his backup pistol. He remains hidden in the smoke.
