Idk man. Wasting your time for the sake of "sticking it" to them doesn't seem like it had any desirable outcome . I would've just left. I've done the whole stay for hours thing before , big regret .

I would not have left, I would have gone and finished the strike while ignoring their messages. I have done that and got messages from them calling me all sorts of names. My response is always, do not ask me to leave. I have just as much of a right to be in the strike as you do. If you want to have a third, go into the strike with him or her.
