[i]Pan ran around the colosseum that held all of the fights going on. Her face had her signature smile on it as she hopped, skipped, and laughed. While all of this was going on you noticed Artemis running with her hair down, wearing a white duster, black tank top, and dark jeans. Artemis seemed to be chasing Pan.[/i]
[b]Artemis:[/b] "Pan, slow down!"
[b]Pan:[/b] "You can't catch me!"

[i]Pan continues to laugh as Artemis rolls her eyes in annoyance at Pan's antics.[/i] [b]Artemis:[/b] "We were coming out of the arena because a fight just ended and Pan did what Pan does best and did something stupid. I've been chasing her for the past ten minutes." [i]Pan 'boops' Grant on the nose and giggles.[/i]

[b]Well... She booped me on the helmet. I slide the helmet off, smiling. Wasn't really possible for me to stay mad at her for very long. I switch from just holding her to actually hugging her, smiling even brighter.[/b] "You make me so goddamn happy, you know that, right Pan? For how crazy you are, you're a goddamn amazing daughter."

"Nah Pan. I didn't trick ya. All that stuff was true. And Artemis, you don't know how we do punishment back in Shady Sands. It's very effective."

[b]Pan:[/b] "I want to be free!" [b]Artemis:[/b] "With a childlike mind, Pan needs punishment soon after the bad behavior or she won't be able to connect the punishment and bad behavior. Pan, you do realize you can teleport, right?" [i]Pan vanishes and reappears in front of you with a smile.[/i] [b]Pan:[/b] "Thanks, Arty!" [b] Artemis:[/b] "I told you not to call me that."

[b]I immediately walk after her, putting a hand on her shoulder.[/b] "Come on, Pan. I can't let you stay here. The fights are about to get announced again."

[b]Pan:[/b] "Oh?! I'm a ref so I should get going! C'mon Arty!" [i]Pan grabs Artemis' hand and starts sprinting towards the arena.[/i] [b]Artemis:[/b] "I told you not to call me that!"

"No, I know you're a ref, but they're just announcing the fights. They're not happening yet. They're announcing who won." [b]I go after them.[/b]

[i]Pan continues to pull Artemis along.[/i] [b]Artemis:[/b] "No, really. She's an official ref." [b]Pan:[/b] "I'm getting paid in candy!"

"I know she's a ref. The next fights aren't for another day. They're just announcing the winners for the ones that finished. And Pan would already know, she's a ref."

[i]Pan stops running and releases Artemis who, because of the momentum, goes flying several feet and lands on her face.[/i] [b] Pan:[/b] "Oh, yeah." [b]Artemis:[/b] "Ow...."

[b]I walk over, and try to help Artemis up.[/b] "Listen kiddos, I know you guys are friends an all, but ya gotta stop doing stupid shit. That was mostly directed towards Pan, by the way."

[i]Artemis slowly follows as Pan skips around the crowd, singing a tune.[/i] [b]Pan:[/b] "~I'm free as a bird!~"

[b]Well, she would've been, ha d I not, yet again, put my hand on her shoulder.[/b]

[i]Pan giggles as she puts a hand on Grant's shoulder. She continued to sing, but louder. Her voice was actually really good. The crowd definitely appreciated it.[/i] [b]Pan:[/b] "~If I leave here tomorrow Would you still remember me For I must be travelin' on now There's too many places I got to see!~"

[b]I smile as I simply listen. I very slowly begin to guide her out of the arena, almost unnoticeably so.[/b]
