HOW THE TOURNAMENT WILL WORK!!! MANDATORY READ. ESPECIALLY FOR REALISTIC RP'rs Alright. So there is a little confusion surrounding how this tourney will work. So let me clear it up for you munchkins! Because you are a bunch of stupid shits! I'm kidding. Not really. BEFORE YOU THINK OF SIGNING UP MAKE SURE YOU ARE TESTED ALREADY. So. The tournament will consist of divisions. These divisions will be dedicated to those who fight a similar style as you. These are the current divisions. Tier 1 - Realists; regular people/characters who have a high mortality rate. An example: Average Joe with some Kevlar and a gun or Meridus The Mage who has HIGHLY underpowered magic. Make them fight and expect results similar to real-life (because getting shot hurts a lot when you're normal). Tier 2 - Mid-powerful. People who are more powerful than the averages, but not as powerful as the next tier. Ex. Billy the battlemage who's not as powerful as Gandalf or Aragorn, but still a force to be reckoned with at best. These are like your squires in a storybook. Put them in an arena and they'll give one hell of a long fight. Tier 3 - Potentially-powerful. People like Tesuto, those who have the potential skill to overcome great odds. These folks give it their all in a fight. If you put these guys in an arena, they're most likely gonna end up destroying everything inside of it. Essentially people who have a high potential for destruction within a contained area. Guys like Wolfe, an exosuit-clad soldier with cloaking and firearms. Tier 4 - Highly volatile. Put these -blam!-ers in an arena and they'll probably break free of it, most likely leaving a crater behind. If any of these divisions do not have enough people, the division will be removed and those who signed up for it will be transferred to a different division. SIGN YOUR CHARACTER UP TO A DIVISION HERE. (These divisions will also be used for later use. So you know which fights you can pick and which you can't. But you should use some common sense prior, dumbass). So, what's gunna happen is that one person will fight another in their division. The fighters will be picked randomly. Once you make your way to the top bracket of your division, you become the champion. Then, a new bracket starts. This Bracket will consist of each champion from each division. You will fight them, and see who is the best. Oke the Grand Champion reigns, they will Fight the ultimate Champion. He is the Slayer of Majora, the general of angels, the twilight hero, ZANE. RULES?! You just follow each of the rules during your fights. Along with this, there will be referees who will call you out on violating rules. Any rule that isn't God modding will be a simple warning. Telling you to straighten yourself up. But if you have repeated warning you may be disqualified. If you God mod, you get a red card. If you get two red cards during the ENTIRE tournament you will be disqualified from the entire thing. (unless your opponent decides to mercy you. But then you are just a BITCH). WHO WINS?! There is a max reply rating of 100 for each fight. Once that has been reached, your fight will be judged by the ref's. The victor will be decided by who does the most damage, who accepted the most damage, who followed the rules the best, who made the fight -blam!-ING AWESOME?! And etc. We are looking for the best of the best. Not cheaters. However, if you are actually awesome and know when you have lost, you can submit. When you submit, the victor will perform a finisher. And slay you like the little PANSY YOU ARE!(but seriously if you accept defeat you get brownie points in my book). That leads us to our next topic. WILL I DIE?! YES! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Oh...wait... No you don't die. The dojo has high tech simulation projectors which will project YOU into the coliseum. Your projection will react every way you would in a situation. They are YOU. When you die, it is just the projection of you! The real you will be sitting in the audience or something! Though...if you want higher risk rewards...you won't use the simulation. You don't have to use the simulation. You can go in as yourself and fight. But. You could die. Speaking of rewards!!! TO OUR NEXT TOPIC! WHAT DO I GET?! Throughout your feats you will get awards. These awards will bring rewards. These rewards will be custom designed for you. The awards list is.... Division champion!(award for each division) Grand champion!(has beaten each champion) ULTIMATE CHAMPION!(has beaten Zane(BEAT HIS -blam!-ING ASS-I mean what?)) Best fight!(has orchestrated the coolest fight in the tournament. This award can possibly go to both contestants of the fight) Rule follower!(Went through more then one fight without breaking a single rule(Makes you a possible candidate for becoming a tester or sensei.)) Best Fatality!(You don't sleep while your opponent dies. You bathe in their blood. Perform the coolest finisher on your Opponent. Worried it's too violent? THEN I GUESS YOU WONT BE GETTING THIS AWARD!!!) And that's about it! If you have any more concerns contact Martyr(Cobalt) or Me. Cthulu will also be a ref for the tourney. NEW: ONCE YOU REACH THE DIVISION CHAMPS EACH CHARACTER HAS TO BE TONED DOWN TO THAT OF THE WEAKEST TIER. WE WANT AN EVEN AND AWESOME FIGHT, NOT A SLAUGHTER.
