[b]I don't exactly know how that pertains to my situation, but I keep an eye on it as it passes, and I keep running.[/b]

[i]You arrive back at the cave entrance. Wolf guards in armor and rifles are running around like they don't know what to do. Sasha can be seen sitting with her head between her legs.[/i]

[b]I immediately run over to Sasha, catching my breath.[/b] "What the hell happened?!"

[i]Sasha looks up at grant with a large *ss smile.[/i] "She actually did it...that runt did it."

"What did she do?"

[i]Sasha starts to laugh.[/i] "She beat the sh*t out of her father and ran away."

"Well I'll be damned. Where'd she go? After all that?" [b]I was smiling behind my helmet, stupid grin on my face.[/b]

[i]Sasha shrugs and continues to laugh.[/i] "I have no f*cking idea, but this made my day."

"Wait a fûcking second. I bet I know exactly where she went. Heh. Wanna go see her? Congratulate her or somethin? I know I sure am."

[i]Sasha hops up.[/i] "Hell yeah!"

"Heh. Let's take it a little slow this time. Got something I wanna talk about. These old bones did their sprinting for the day anyways."

[i]Sasha seems to get upset at this.[/i] "Awww, another boring talk? Aaaaand we have to go slow? Why don't you just kill me? End my suffering...." [i]Sasha begins to walk back to the Dojo.[/i]

[b]I chuckle. I'd run, but my knees felt like they were about to break. I walked beside her.[/b] "Heh. Humans can only take so much running in one day. Doesn't help that I'm coming up on 50 years old... Damn... Forgot I was that old. But the thing is, this ain't gonna be a boring talk. After one question, we're free to talk about whatever you want."

[i]Sasha gets happy again as she hops like a bunny instead of walking.[/i] "Okay, shoot. What is it?"

"Now, this is dead serious. And this will decide what happens when we get to where Artemis is. Are you going to try to bring her back to the den?"

[i]Sasha starts to laugh again.[/i] "Well...I don't know. Probably not. Why?"

"Good. Cause if you were, we were gonna have problems. Earlier when we were looking for her, I wasn't planning on bringing her back then, either. She would stay at the Dojo. It's not safe in the den for her. Not in the slightest. Anyways, now that that's done with, whaddaya wanna talk about?"

[i]Sasha looks at Grant with a raised brow.[/i] "Grant, I only said that because she might be too hurt to travel. She was fighting for her freedom and fled. I'll have to bring her back eventually...maybe. I don't know...."

"No, you don't. You don't have to. You know that it's not safe there for her, and I do too. Where in the code does it say she can't leave? Far as I've been told she can."

"Well, the code doesn't say she can't leave. It says one must listen to the clam leader and her father, the clan leader, would only ever let her be free if she could best him in a fight. She fled the fight, Grant. My job...my job requires me to return her."

"Sasha... If you try to bring her back we're gonna have problems. And you don't want problems with me. Sasha, I know that it'll be hard for you to disobey, but if you want to prove to everyone in this Dojo that werewolves can act like civilized people and not just animals, you'll do this for Artemis. I can hide her. They can't touch her on NCR grounds unless they want a war with the Dojo. And we both know that's be a losing war."

[i]Sasha gets angry and shoves Grant.[/i] "She doesn't belong to the NCR! No matter where she stands her clan...I will back her! You can't just take her away from me!"

[b]I fall over. Hard. I had my damn Anti-Material Rifle on me. I got up slowly. I was pissed off, but I wouldn't attack her or anything.[/b] "Did I say the NCR owned her, Sasha? No. I didn't. I just said she's safer in NCR care. And if you don't want to lose her, stay with her then. With me and the NCR. Be a goddamn shame for me to have to hate you."

[i]She gets up in Grant's face with a tear running down her cheek.[/i] "NCR care?! Last time someone was supposedly under their 'care' Artemis' mother died! I'm not letting her die! I don't care if you hate me as long as she's safe!"
