[b]For within the first of the Courtyards inside of the walls of the place of combat, there was only one.[/b]
[b]As the flat-screen television depicted one of the older fights - a battle between a knightess and a purple-haired girl, both of them young and not the best in combat. The film appeared to have been from...years ago. It had to be older than ten years, really. It ended with both of the two walking off and chatting, and the flickering image cut off.[/b]
[b]The one that watched the old film was the knightess.[/b]
[b]Clad in a dirty, ancient set of previously gleaming Elite Knight Armor, with brilliant light blue cloth outlined with fabric tinted with gold, the armor was also complemented with shining steel and dull brown leather, most of the metal covering the leggings and left arm and gauntlet. The steel helmet, which also included a pointed visor, that finished the armor off was lying on a wooden table, alongside a three foot long straight sword. [/b]
[b]But the face of the woman seemed...cleansed. Different.[/b]
[b]The woman seemed older, probably in her mid-thirties, with an angular, shark face and a look of what seemed to be sorrow. It was a look that could have been associated with a previous Hollow, although she looked...cured. Short, dirty blonde covered her head, while her light green eyes only stared at the screen before she sighed in what seemed to be sadness. If only things could be the way that they were.. [/b]
[b]And so, the now temporarily cured Hollow Anri sat there. She had been assisted by a clone by the name of Clover earlier, plus...a friend. One that some would not approve of. It didn't matter to Anri, she thought that it was worth it. That it was worth accepting the help of one that had previously harmed her.
And thus, she sat there, before leaning back against her wooden chair and sighing once more.[/b]

*Mortar, noticing Anri, walks up to her, smiling. True, he does remember seeing Yuria "Cure" her, and wants to see if it worked.* Anri! It's been a while

[i]"Hello, m'lord. It certainly has."[/i] [b]Anri smiled upon the sight of Mortar, a person that had somewhat inspired her over the span of her lifetime. She saw him as a friend, clearly.[/b] [i]"How are you doing this fine day?"[/i]

I can't complain. The insomnia kinda sucks, but hey, it's better than being dead. *He chuckles slightly, remembering the torture and the fury of the creatures who attempted to tear down his soul down there* How might you be?

[i]two women walk up they both them have bluish green scales. It could be seen that they look exactly alike except the one on the left had much longer hair that's pulled into a braid. Leyla was one the right as one on the left fiddles with her braid. [/i] "Hi anri how are you?"says leyla

[i]"O-Oh. Hey, Leyla."[/i] [b]The knightess jumped slightly, her head suddenly turning towards the two in what seemed to have been shock - although she quickly recovered afterwards. She hadn't remembered many people at the Dojo, although she slightly knew Leyla. It was an effect of her curse.[/b]

"Hey anri oh this is my little sister lola"says leyla "Um ah hi"says Lola [i]her sister was just a little more shy than her.[/i]

[b]Anri chuckled slightly at Lola. The woman reminded her of how she was thirteen years ago: shy, quiet...that stuff.[/b] [i]"We ought to chat more, Lola. It's good to meet you though."[/i]

"Yeah she shy just cause she been by herself cause she couldn't quite get a grip on her abilities. She can't breathe fire like the rest of us can instead she breathes electricity cause that what she can control"says leyla "Yeah its nice to um meet you"says lola

[i]"It's fine if she's different. There's nothing wrong with that at all."[/i] [b]Anri was trying to sound as kind and caring as possible - which she was, truly. She liked the company of Leyla, and hopefully, she'd like Lola, too.[/b]

"Yeah never said it was a bad thing those she's my sister but check this out though she glows in her dragon form its so awesome"says leyla "Yeah but few have seen it though"says lola [i]this why lola absolutely adored her big sister. She can always count on her.lola looked at her when anri when she talked. Lola really did like meeting her sister's friends.[/i]

[i]"I mean, if you really want to show me it, sure. All I can do is light some bonfires and light my sword on fire, really."[/i] [b]Anri thought it would be interesting to see what Lola could actually do, to say the least. She was a very curious person, after all.[/b]

"Oh really okay i show you but i gotta to a open area to transform"says lola "Its so cool your gonna love this"says leyla [i]lola goes and moves to open area outside then transforms into a dark blue dragon. Parts of Lola body just glowed in a soft blue light particularly her scales. [/i]

[u]"Oh! That's...amazing.[/u] [u]Heh. Makes me feel sorta bad. Lord of Hollows, yet I've got no special powers whatsoever."[/u] [i]Anri was simply joking around, but she did like Lola's unique abilities.[/i]

"Thanks but it nothing special though im just like cause of all the electricity coursing through my body. I can absorb great amounts electricity and cause blackout in cities cause of it."says lola "But the coolest thing her glowing is this"says leyla [i]leyla walks over to her sister and grabs one of the glow scales pulling a loose one off and it still glows after its plucked from her. Leyla walks back over to anri. The scale she holds in her hands is the size of a saucer [/i] "Her scales still glows even after she lost them."says leyla "I have had people try kill just cause of my scales that's why i dont transform as much. But you may have that one if you wish"says lola

[u]"I can have one? Well, it's...certainly an honor. Thank you."[/u] [i]Anri stared straight at the scale, her light green eyes peering deep into its surface. She studied it for quite a bit, a sense of longing seen within her very pupils. She seemed to have gone into a trance.[/i]

"Your welcome i always grow more"says lola [i]as she look at the scale there's a small swirl different colors within it making it glow faintly.[/i] "Her scales hold lightening properties that why they glow like that"says leyla

[u]"Orn would like something like this...Maybe Olivia.. It's cool. Really cool."[/u] [i]Anri looked back at Leyla and Lola, a wide grin upon her tanned, angular face. She actually liked the gift, because...well, it was a gift. A sign that someone actually noticed her.[/i]

"Who are they"asks lola "There friends of hers"says leyla "Oh they are?"says lola "Yeah she has more them coating the undeside of her wings making her capable producing a blinding flash if she feels threatened in any way"says leyla [i]lola lift up one her wings and there's more glowing scales under her wing. There glow is a little bright than the scale anri held in her hand.[/i]

*Sketch walks in, noticing Anri and walking over. He sits next to her, giving her a worried look as he does so.* "Hey, I've been looking for you... Are you alright Anri?" *His ears are tilted back and he seems to press his lips together. His tail twitches, showing that he's very stressed.*

[b]Anri then turned her head towards Sketch, her face lighting up in what seemed to be joy. Although she did remain calm and quiet as usual, the tint of happiness was clearly in her voice.[/b] [i]"Hey, Sketch. I-I'm fine, thanks to a clone I met. And Yuria, too. Just watching some...old tapes. That's all. What about you?"[/i]

"Well, I was just looking for you, wanting to check up on you and such. Is there anything you want to talk about?"

[i]"W-Well. Not really. Nothing at all."[/i] [b]The knightess seemed rather calm and relaxed, but one thing that Sketch could notice was the odd tint in her voice. In contrast to her current mood, Anri sounded...sorrowful. Depressed, even, which considering that she had found something of a cure for Hollowing, was quite bad indeed.[/b]

"Anri, I know that isn't true, I can hear it in your voice. What's wrong?" *Sketch gives her a concerned look, wondering why she doesn't want to tell him why she's unhappy.*

[i]"Sketch, it's nothing. Just...it's fine. It's got nothing to do with Hollowing, so you shouldn't be worried about it."[/i] [b]Anri sounded much different now, almost as if she was pleading Sketch to simply leave her alone. It was...odd, to say the least.[/b]

If you want me to leave, just tell me. But if not, then wether you think I can help or not, tell me what's wrong."
