[spoiler]Right..[/spoiler] Nightingale leaps down and lands beside the cloaked figure. He tilts his head at him and caws.

Nightingale generates a fire next to him and the flames on his feathers grow larger.

*he tosses his soaking wet cloak off and huddles by the fire* T-th-thanks.. *he's currently wearing torn up shorts and a grey tank top*

[i]Of course. I will help anyone who doesn't inherently wish to kill me.[/i] Nightingale intensifies the fire and the heat it radiates intensifies even further.

*he shudders as he absorbs the warmth, his body temperature rising back to normal* Ahaahhh... thank you.. *he lies on his side, scooting a little closer to the fire*

Nightingale nods and glances around anxiously. He then changes back to his dragon form over the next two minutes and then glances around again.

[i]Gage...he's so enveloped within the history of the Light that I cannot explain it easily...he was a member of the Six Coyotes, the group of Hunters who scouted the Cosmodrome...he fought at Twilight Gap...he's done so much for the City and the Traveler...it's too difficult to fathom. What he's done for me, however, I will never forget. I will repay him someday for saving me from those five Guardians who came into that cave with their heavy automatic weapons and...[/i] Nightingale stops himself from going on and breathes deeply to stop himself from allowing tears to form in his eyes. [i]I...I did it again..[/i]

[i]Gage always used that as a way to calm me down and get my mind off of this...and I always used my own methods of calming him down when his memories of losing his friend at Twilight Gap came upon him..yes, that would help..[/i]
