Hi - so I made a clan and invited some friends in. We had enough members for clan status and it was great... For a few hours. Without notice our clan name was changed to a set of numbers (1763348), our mission statement, motto, etc. were all wiped clean. What's really odd is that we're not able to change any of the following fields: Clan name Motto Mission Statement Any attempts to change and save them will default them back to an empty field, with 1763348 as the clan name. We can add tags to our clan, but that's it. We want to start recruiting, so it'd be great if someone could please explain to me why this happened, what can prevent it from happening again, and how to fix this going forward.
