I typically find these "Goodbye Cruel Game" posts annoying.....but you're right.
1. Destiny is at its worst when Bungie starts trying to micromanage people's progression through the game. They still refuse to accept the wisdom of Blizzard's notion that you can't use the loot system to manipulate people into staying with the game. If you frustrate their progression... then they just wind up leaving mad...rather than staying. Or leaving happy and willing to come back later.
2. The Crucible and its P2P connections simply are not state-of-the art anymore. Especially for competitive multiplayer. This cannot be addressed----realistically----until Destiny 2. But its one of the MANY reasons why Destiny 2 needs to have a brand new engine.

Edited by Grimnir2001: 11/2/2016 2:56:02 PMLets hope they do, pvp holds this game upright. Even in the state it is in right now. D2 is only so far away that people dont see the end of the tunnel. Many will leave , its up to Bungie if they come back. As far is a can tell Bungie didnt have the tools to change this game around, they winged it for the most part. Its hard to really judge Bungie, we dont know whats going on at there HQ. Still, some of there decisions were pretty shady and didnt go down well . I really hope they get it right with D2. Cheers

bungie still wont handle cheaters or the ddosing crap so why bother withpvp?

Iron Banner and regular Crucible are worth it for the gear drops. But the energy and emotion that people pour into Trials? Got me on that one.
