Rogue's light must be 392, there's a Bug when decrypting Exotic Engrams at 392 yields 391 gear. Rogue stated his Engrams Decrypted at light lower than his current, therefore Rogue hit a minor glitch and couldn't figure out how to get past it. I just did Crucible & Archon's Forge till I got to 393.
