The flaming sword's heated edge sliced into the flesh golem's rotting skin, the fire running along the metal setting each wound alight with blue fire. Meanwhile, the barbed spearhead impales itself in the beast and sends out multiple lashes of thorny roots inside its body. These spiked roots sprout more thorny tendrils inside of the golem, shredding organs and parts of outer flesh alike. If it was pulled out, it would likely rip apart the insides of the monster. If it was not, it would most likely continue to spread within it. The air still stung, smelling of brimstone and burnt flesh.
