The only part I take issue with is that comparing BF1 to Destiny is like comparing a tire iron to a potato. They're so vastly different that they're incomparable. Comparing graphics between a game developed to run on 360/PS3 and on built in 2015/16 for PS4/XBone is obviously going to yield results favoring your argument. You're right about the issues, but comparing this to BF1 is hardly fair in terms of graphics and obviously the gameplay is so different I don't even need to go into that.

  • I think I should've put an emphasis on Battlefields servers and connection. They have dedicated servers and CBMM and I'm in a lobby of 32 vs 32- it's CRAZY how I'm NOT LAGGIN. Totally agree with you on the graphics though.

  • Well yeah, any game stands to benefit from a latency standpoint by implementing dedicated servers. I don't think Bungie thought their PvP would blow up the way it did and just weren't prepared for it and by the time it happened, it was too late for them to put in dedicated servers. If I had to bet, I'd say they'll come in Destiny 2, and if not, it'll be a pretty big let down for the player base. We'll see. Hopefully it's implemented because there's not much else they can "fix" with P2P connections aside from changing the matchmaking settings.
