Skeleton key rate needs to be upped, but you're just having bad 3oC luck, most people get 1 every 5-7 3oC. You also can get 400 light with random crucible drops, crucible nightfall, iron banner, archon's forge, and iron lord bounties. Solo playing really isn't that bad, especially since the game was meant to be social. Why play for light level, if you don't even like the activities where light matter?

Thing is, I do like the end game activities, but all my friends are leaving this game as well cause of the issues stated. Also, I paid for this game and I play it with a patrol- strike- to crucible routine- 2/3 of those got eliminated. I would've loved to get 400 light cause I hit 335 before, 385 recently when that was the cap, and I just don't know why they make it based on RNG for a solo player to hit 400, it's a social game don't get me wrong, I've met tons of people- it's just that I'm not their first priority in raiding, and my trials team quit last weekend cause of the DDOS attacks.
