Lucien rejoins reality and looks around frantically for the boy. Then he sees Xavier. "You... You dare tease me with finding him. You dare play with my mind? So be it then. Feast upon the fruits of a False Prophet." He holsters his revolver and draws the sword from its mechanical sheathe - the first time Xavier has seen it. It is akin to a traditional Japanese katana, albeit set with engravings and alight with blue flames. The man drops to his knees and swiftly plunges the flaming blade through his own stomach in an act of twisted seppuku. The last thing Xavier sees of Lucien's face is the raging fire of pure hatred before he dons the gas mask hanging from his belt. Fog begins to creep from seemingly out of nowhere as the scent of brimstone becomes intertwined with the stench of burning flesh... Through the silhouette of the thick fog comes slight flickers of the same blue flames as before, albeit more... Hungry. Veins of purple creep up the fires behind the kneeling figure of Lucien, only to shift around him like a shield and covering his body. The fires covering Lucien spread outwards by a few meters to each side - like two massive avian wings. Through the fog comes glimpses of burning wings of flesh and feather, feathers charred with soot and ash, set aflame by devouring cobalt fire. Two massive limbs stretch out from behind Lucien: two arms made out of the burning flesh and bone of other arms, amalgamating into two limbs with each hungry fingertip clawing at the thick fog, [i]hungry...[/i] There is only a flash of a silhouette against the thick fog: the form of Lucien outlined by burning wings and two massive extra arms, holding a flaming sword and pistol like some demented angel of Eden. Then the fog creeps over his silhouette, leaving Xavier in the thick fog with that [i]thing[/i] hidden somewhere.
