He drew his revolver quickly at the beginning of the blows, constantly firing shell after shell point blank at Ronin's lower body. What was strange however, was how he lowered the barrel every shot as if he was also ready to put the gun away at any moment. With his sword-breaker's hard point lashing at Ronin's head and his revolver firing shells at his torso from Lucien's hip, he continued his flurry all whilst observing Ronin, watching both swords and the hands that held them.
