[i]Jason very suddenly came to a stumbling stop, quite literally flying off his feet. Then, hoe thrusters kicked in, making him spin completely and land on his feet, only to sink knee deep in the snow. The Russian slid his Gauss rifle into a leather sheath on his back, and grabbed the butt of a worn assault rifle, swiftly sliding it out of its holster. He aimed at the ghost people, the grey gun shining dimly in the moonlight, before spraying a volley of thirty 5.56x45 bullets, each of them explosive, at the ghosts. [/i]

[i]They didn't fall easily, but once the cloaks were destroyed, revealing their 'cores', they were dispatched easily with a shot on that weak spot. There was still five more, and one of them threw their sword at Jason.[/i]

[i]When the sword was thrown, Jason's superhuman reflexes kicked in. He weaved to the right, left hand slipping off the assault rifle's barrel, and extending at the cruciform of the anti matter sword. His armoured fingers wrapped around the grip, and in one fast and furious motion, he spun are threw the sword back to where it came from, a smirk present on his face. [/i]

He started moving to the left, away from the blade, but the sword still caught his shoulder.. only to bounce off of his shield, after which they flickered a few times before dissipating completely. Jason let out a growl, a set of burning hot plasma blades extending from his left gauntlet, after which he rammed it at the ghost's core. [/i]

[i]It stared at Jason with it's red 'visor' before vaporising. The anomalies started to surround Jason, ready to do something.[/i]

[i]The plasma blades disappeared as quickly as they had appeared, allowing Jason's left hand to return to its spot at his rifle's grip. He then started spinning slowly, keeping a close eye on the slashers. He was morbidly curious as to what would happen. [/i]

[i]They then executed their manuvers. The anomaly behind Jason strikes, while the left anomaly also strikes. The one in the front jumps into the air, going to slash downwards while the right one starts to summon something.[/i]

He then lunged forwards, the thrusters on his entire backside activating, launching him forwards and into the air. He smashed his right first into the jumping slasher's chest, while avoiding the other two - though he could avoid the third. The third slasher's blade dug into Jason's left shoulder, slicing though the armour thanks to how very, very fast the sword was vibrating, blood soon boiling out of the wound, though it didn't get any further than that with how the two had collided. [/i]

The fourth, which was summoning, did get interrupted by the gun being tossed at it. It restarted the summoning process, though. The first, second and third try again, jumping and attempting to stab.[/i]

[i]Jason's thrusters continued to work their magic, straight up making the Russian fly high up into the sky rather quickly, while also sending him forwards. Eventually, however, the blue flames that came from the thrusters started to get smaller and weaker, making Jason float about five meters in the sky. [/i]

The anomaly scout then started to fire at Jason, the bullets not exactly on point, but they could hit him. The rest just stood around, summoning more of the pistols.[/i]

[i]The bullets didn't do anything aside from knocking him back a little and denting his armour a bit - though he also got just a little annoyed, flying away further and further until he was about fifteen meters in the air and no longer above the mountain tip slope thing. [/i]
