They are part of the new quest line for an exotic. If you don't have them you will need to wait till next Halloween to make them ascended again and start the quest.

Sauce? No - you don't need any sauce...... Just have to wait for the next Halloween event and the raisins to become ascended . It's very similar to the khvostov quest line but have to have the upgraded raisins to start it. Without those it's another year wait.
