*They finished opening up the vent, as the sound of explosions rocked around thirty or so stories above them.*
"Madam, Irina...you and your squad go into the vent. We'll deal with the Dojo's's troops." One of the Titans, an Atlas Titan responds with, as 5 men armed with Tenno-like weapons rented the vent, as the assassin allowed Irina to jump in. They fall in some sort of reservoir, as they climb onto a platform. Red bulbs emit from the walls surrounding a giant set of doors

[i]Irina only nodded, entering the vent and preparing herself for whatever was next. Once she found ground to walk upon, she stared upon the doors, and the lights that surrounded them. Irina wasn't one for puzzles or the sort: she was one for combat. If this was a puzzle...[/i]

*The assassin clearly went and activated the codes for the door, hideous screams being heard on the other side. Whatever was in there stayed there for one reason or another...*

[i]In response, Irina drew what she considered a weapon combination: within her left, her katana-like sword Chikage waited within her palm, and in her right, the Darksaber had been drawn and gleamed. She was waiting to lunge at whatever attacked first. She was...well, hungering for violence. Literally.[/i]

*The assassin finished the code, as the door slowly crept open, the squad readying their weapons at the door...* What came out...was beyond words...literally. [spoiler]Look at the pic above. It's a Charger.[/spoiler] About 50 or so Chargers headed straight for the team, as they opened fire on the Infested.

[spoiler]From Warframe? Neat.[/spoiler] [i]Irina did not charge due to the gunfire, but resorted to cleaving through the Chargers as they came closer and closer to the team with her dual blades. Her speed grew over time, to where she was a literal blur.[/i]

*Eventually, all the Chargers drop dead, leaving only 5 members of the team, the assassin, and Irina, as more screams could be heard inside the facility. Soon, though, something was heard from above. The assassin drags Irina, along with 3 of the soldiers further within the facility, leaving two of them to fight the oncoming threat.* [spoiler]In other words, Cthulhu's here.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Shite.[/spoiler] [i]Irina followed the group, not looking back as she heard destruction behind her and the ones with her. She was ready to get this done, and fast.[/i]

*They go throughout the facility, murdering as many Infested as possible; mutailated corpses dangled from the ceiling, and decaying Infested were all over the place. The sound of the Torsion Beam Device, and of one Tenno grew ever closer. Two Ancients blocked a set of doors.*

[i]The Vileblood immediately sheathed the Chikage in her hands and drew the Evelyn pistol at her side, aiming it straight towards the Ancient on her left and firing a round ball the size of a .44 Magnum round, with the strength of a 500 Smith and Weston revolver.[/i]

*The Ancient reeled back from the shot, reaching its arm out for Irina, the Immortals focusing on the other Ancient.*

[i]Irina only charged, sliding under it and sweeping at the Ancient's legs as she passed it, in an attempt to slice it's legs off with the Darksaber.[/i]

*She succeds, slicing off the legs of the Ancient, as does the assassin, with her own katana.* "It seems we are near. Thermal scans show a dig site just beyond here." She says, hacking the controls.

[i]Irina nodded, stretching a little as she proceeded to follow the assassin once more. She stared at the Darksaber's blade, grinning under her helm slightly.[/i]

*The sound of Infested heightened, as they reached a massive hole in the wall. Thousands of Infested, some of them Energy Leech Eximus, and mostly consisting of Chargers and Volatile Runners, stare at the group.* [spoiler]Basically, this is the last obstacle before they activate the Torsion Beam Device and free the Tenno...speaking of which.[/spoiler] [i](????????)[/i] Two voices start talking to one another, Lua floating in it's ruinous state above Earth, as two voices begin to bicker with one another. [i]"My child...you must wake up from your second dream. You must not let them get into your head...for they will corrupt you."[/i] [b]"Silence, fool! Do you see that your so-called 'mother' won't dare come to your little rescue, Tenno? Give in; give in to your true demons, and awaken them."[/b]

Silently, she aimed the sword in her right at the horde, as she assumed a position as if she was about to lunge.[/i]

*The Infested let out a battle cry, as all of them start charging at the small team, all of them charging back at them.*

[i]Irina charged into the horde as well, becoming a whirlwind of steel and dark light, her blades cleaving through all in her way.[/i]

*Most of the Immortals get overwhelmed by the Infested, their blasts being echoed throughout the entire complex, yet the assassin and Irina, survive, as the assassin shoots multiple Lato bullets at a Charger, before switching to her katana, slashing two Leapers away.*

[i]Irina's pace quickened, becoming a black blur as Infected blood covered her while she spun within the horde. The thing she worried about was hitting the assassin, however. At this point, she was more concerned for the assassin than her own life.[/i]

*The assassin, pulled out a second katana, slicing down multiple Infested, before pulling out a Semtex, sticking it to a massive group of Infested and got out the way, quickly blowing the Infested up.*

[i]The Vileblood jumped away from the explosion (although since it was an explosion, it still hurt her ears.), then went back to being a literal whirlwind of steel and energy, although she stayed close to the assassin yet far away enough to where Irina wouldn't hit her. [/i]

She heard, "Irina; grab this!" *She sees a Void Key being thrown to her, as more Infested go into the room.* [i]Portal Stability: 15% out of 100%[/i]

[i]Irina immediately sheathed the Chikage and caught the key, sprinting away to get to where the Tenno was located. She had no time to waste now. She had to complete the mission.[/i]

[b]He hops off the thing, rolling on the ground, and shooting a dark essence at the key. A black hole of sorts pops up in front of the key and it flies through, the black hole immediately closing. He is kicked forward, sliding across the ground as the thing charges him once more. He turns, stabbing forward with his sword at the beast [/b] LOOK AT THIS!

[i]Irina didn't hesitate. She immediately launched herself towards that selfish mother-blam!-ing magician bitch, swinging rapidly and without pattern with the Darksaber in her hands.[/i]
