[b][i]He notices her being not used to it. Smiling as he rubs up her back kissing the top of her head happily. Thinking of what to say as he looked back at her curious.[/i][/b]
"You know...for someone whose friends say they don't flirt a lot you are doing well. It's making me happy and blush so you are doing great."
[b][i]He says as he sighs keeping her close thinking to himself as he blushes his fur showing a deep redness of his cheeks as he thought.[/i][/b]
"So....we are snuggling for a date and it is an amazing date because it's with you...maybe we can also get dinner sometime or something."

*She smiles at him, purring louder now.* [u]Oh, well thank you. Heh, I guess we are. I'd love to get dinner with you sometime... But the only meats I eat are fish and birds... God, I love salmon...[/u] *She snuggles up more, her head next to his and resting on his shoulder. Her heart seems to slow down she relaxes. She rubs against him a little, trying to get comfortable as she sighs.*

[b][i]He rubs his cheek against hers purring louder as she does so. Thinking to himself as his hand pets the top of her head happily. His hands running through the fur on her head as he smiles.[/i][/b] "I can respect that....is it okay if I eat cow or pig? If not fish is completely fine. Salmon sounds delicious and I would love to eat some with you." [b][i]He looks down the cave to see if he can see what sketch and Vorim are up too. Deciding he would rather focus on her he turns back to her happily. Licking the top of her head as he chuckles shaking his head.[/i][/b] "So...I would love to get to know you better and spend as much time as I can with you. Would you be okay with that?"

*She nods, not opening her eyes.* [u]I would rather you don't eat mammals... But cows and pigs are too different from what they were bred from. If you need to you can have pork aaaaaeeeeeaaahhhh... Pork and beef.[/u] *She yawned as she was trying to talk... She's clearly about to fall asleep on him.*

"Sleep up get some rest I can tell you are tired." [b][i]He says as he keeps her close her warmth causing him to close his eyes. A happy sigh coming out of his mouth as he purrs. Beginning to fall asleep as his eyes close happily.[/i][/b] [spoiler]time skip to morning or? :3[/spoiler]

[b][i]He wakes up as he clutches his head slightly. Shaking his head as he sighs, they notice he seems super tired as he smiles looking at them.[/i][/b] "Oh storms gone? We should probably get you guys home then huh?" [b][i]He looks to the back of the mine as he looks back to sapphire. Not getting up until she does as he smiles at them.[/i][/b] "Get enough ore and things?"

"Yep! We did!" *Vorim lets out a small whimper as he struggles to hold three tote bags filled with ore. Sapphire wakes up completely, uncurling on top of Axel and yawning as she stretches. She feels her elbow lightly bump Axel's nose and turns her head to see him looking up at her.* [u]Oh, uh, get away from me![/u] *She abruptly stands up awkwardly, easily taking two of the bags from Vorim before they pull him to his knees. She walks off two the next section of the cave, blushing this whole time. Sketch turns back to Axel with a grin on his face.* "So? Did you two kiss? Is she a good snuggler? She didn't accidentally strangle you until you passed out did she?"

[i][b]He notices her reaction as he blinks confused. Looking down as if worried he did something wrong he stands up clutching his head again. To the others it looked like he either got no sleep or was coming off a hangover.[/b][/i] "Uh....its up for her to decide if she says stuff about it. I wouldn't want to say the wrong thing and it to get awkward.." [b][i]They could see a small patch of his hair was gray now looking colorless and grey. Extremely hard to see as it is just one or two strands but the hair follicles seem dead.[/i][/b]

"Oh come on, she's never had a boyfriend before... You're her first... We've been trying to set her up with someone since we were little! And why are you clutching your head? Wait, she can still hear... It's been about five hours since you gave her hearing back! She's only supposed to have it for an hour! Is it hurting you?!" *These last three sentences echoed through the cave and Sapphire comes back, wearing the winter coat now.* [u]What? It's been five hours?[/u] *She turns to Axel.* [u]Come on. Take it back. This can't be good.[/u]

"I uh....nah I'll be fine it's not a big deal....so uh where do you guys live?" [b][i]He says shrugging off the pain as he smiles shaking his head. Stretching as he winced a little but quickly shook it off. Looking at the group curiously as he smiles now.[/i][/b] "Also didn't know you were trying to do that since you were little ill try to not let you down." [b][i]He winks at them as he walks out of the cave. Stepping out he shivers a little as he shakes his head. This wasn't that bad he could easily do it.[/i][/b]

"We live in the Dojo, we can take you there." *Sapphire pulls him back into the cave and turns him around to face her.* [u]No, take it back.[/u] *Her voice was dark and serious. She wasn't going to take no for an answer.*

[b][i]He blinks at the tone as he sheepishly nods. The soul leaving her and re-entering him as he winces. Shaking his head roughly and then coughing.[/i][/b] "Man the coming back always feels weird...." [b][i]He says as he realizes she can't hear him. His ears flattening as he looked down sad, although she couldn't hear him she could see a look of extreme sadness at the fact. Kissing her forehead he turns around walking back out of the cave as the snow crunches under his feet.[/i][/b] "To the...dojo right?"

*He feels himself get silently pulled back into the cave again by Sapphire. The two tote bags are looped around her elbows as she lifts Axel up, holding him close. He can feel the warmth from her coat as she holds him.* [u]It's not snowing anymore but you'll freeze out there in those clothes.[/u] *She spoke differently from before, more serious and seemingly a little annoyed that he keeps trying to leave the cave. He can tell from both her eyes and the fact that she is holding him to keep him warm that she clearly still cares. Sketch giggles a little with glee.* "Hehehehe-I mean, um... It's not too far of a hike... We can be there in thirty minutes..."

[b][i]Looking around a little confused looking like a little kitten. Nuzzling into her chest not thinking about it as he nods. Seeming still a little tired as yawns looking at the giggling sketch. [/i][/b] "You having fun there sketch? I am super happy that you are happy." [b][i]He mumbles something as he looks down. His voice growing quiet as he thinks to himself.[/i][/b] "And maybe when we get to your place I can give her salmon or something..."

"I'm just happy that Sapphire's happy, whether she's showing it or not!" *Sketch writes this down and shows it to her. She looks slightly embarrassed.* [u]No. I'm never happy.[/u] *She squeezes Axel, meaning to hurt him just a little to try and prove that she's unhappy but subconsciously can't bring herself to do it and she squeezes him more playfully instead. Sketch just giggles a little more and writes down what Axel said. She blushes when she reads it.* [u]Well, um... There's salmon in my apartment...[/u]

[b][i]He smiles at her comments as he looks up. Thinking to himself of what to say as he looks over to sketch.[/i][/b] "She's never happy huh....I don't know last night seemed kinda nice. Although I also just loved being around her." [b][i]He turns back to her booping her nose gently with his hand. Thinking to himself as he blinks realizing something.[/i][/b] "You know I have never eaten salmon...huh....but I'm sure anything I have with you will be perfect. Especially if you make it but that's because I enjoy doing everything with you."

*Sketch shakes his head, smiling.* "Okay, buddy... Now you're just obsessed with her. We may be trying to get you two together but that's a little much for a few hours." *Sapphire just glares at him when he boops her nose. Sketch writes some of what Axel said down and she reads it.* [u]I'm not a good cook but salmon is delicious. Let's go.[/u] *She walks out of the cave, off in the direction of the Dojo. Sketch and Vorim follow close behind.*

"Oh am I....I'm sorry...I've never met someone I've felt like this for...I mean uh....I just want to seem caring.." [b][i]His ears and tail drooped as he says this looking extremely sad. His eyes gazing down as he looks at the ground. [/i][/b] "Sorry....and I bet it would taste awesome."

"Oh, don't worry!" *Says Sketch, chuckling a little.* "I didn't tell her all of that... If I had then there's a good chance she would have dropped you..."

"Wait does she not like that kind of stuff? She seemed to enjoy it last night..... Man I'm bad at this.." [b][i]He says as he turns in her arms, dislodging himself as he begins walking on his own. The color still missing some what but he wasn't clutching his head. With a sigh he turns back with a weak smile on his face.[/i][/b] "I still got a lot to learn it seems." [b][i]Turning back without another word he moves forward the snow crunching under his feet. He was no longer shivering either as if the cold weather was being ignored.[/i][/b]

Well, when you're a woman in a militarily that consists mainly of men, then you're going to be expected to be more emotional than men. Because of all that, she decided to start treating it as a weakness. She likes you still, but she just can't really show it without you working for it..." [u]Hey, I'm either carrying you or we're wearing the same coat, but I won't let you walk on your own like this, cold or not.[/u] "See?"

[b][i]He sighs as his rune changes shape to the first symbol the saw before. The snow hissing as it melted around him, his body now seeming to produce a massive amount of heat. Before even touching the snow it would melt around him his eyes gazing forward as he shook his head. The power hurt a little but he wouldn't show it.[/i][/b] "I don't want to be a burden I'll be fine on my own for now." [b][i]He says as he moves forward without them in the direction they were showing. Small flickers of flames coming off his hands and tail as he did. His emotions currently were well hidden. He could be upset, sad, hurt, mad, no one could tel it was like when they first met. He was seeming to slowly close up again.[/i][/b]

*Sapphire read what Sketch wrote and something seemed to click again. She suddenly hugs him, ignoring the flames starting to burn through her coat.* [u]You aren't fine on your own.[/u]

[b][i]He paused as the flames died down, looking back at her as he looks forward. Thinking to himself as he does so unsure of what to do or say at this point. Although he doesn't break the hug and he doesn't move away from her. He seems just lost in thought, his eyes staring at the ground as he sighs.[/i][/b] "You get used to it when you live alone most of your life." [b][i]He says quietly looking back to the dojo. Right now he was unsure of how to feel or how to act. This was the first person he...was falling for? But was it that or was it something less....he couldn't tell as he never had these emotions.[/i][/b]

*She reads what he said.* "Oh, shut up. You aren't going to live alone for the rest of your life. Now let's get you back to my apartment so I can make you some salmon!" *She picks him up again, flopping him over her shoulder. There was no way he could escape from her now.*
