[b][i]He hears her purr as he smiles purring back. His tail laying on hers as he keeps her close.

"You know....how I see it? I think you are just someone as hot as the sun and that's where that fire comes from."

"You're adorable... so am I now friendzoned?" [b]She hugged him back, chuckling to herself as she thought.[/b]

"Nah not really but I don't believe in shoving someone in the permeant friend land. I believe in giving everyone equal chance although that means you have competition." [b][i]He says with a smile still keeping close thinking to himself about something as he shakes his head happily.[/i][/b]

"Well, that's reassuring." [b]She tickled him, poking him in the ribs teasingly, grinning.[/b]

"Would you rather I be kissing you constantly? I can if that's what you really want or something." [b][i]He says with a teasing grin as he laughs at the tickling. His body coming closer to hers as he rests his lips a small distance away from hers.[/i][/b]

"Not sure you would want to. I haven't brushed my teeth in awhile." [b]She sat there patiently, staring into his eyes happily.[/b]

[b][i]He yanks his head bad teasingly disgusted. As he smiles leaning in his lips pressing against hers briefly as he breaks them. Shrugging as he chuckles looking at her happily.[/i][/b] "Eh what's a little bad breath between axions right?"

"Nothing, I would guess." [b]She kissed him briefly, before nuzzling into his neck content. She petted him slowly behind the ears, yawning as she did. Her ear twitched a but out of habit as she descended into sleep.[/b]

[b][i]He chuckles as he pets her head before falling asleep with her. His eyes closing as he smiles with a sigh of relief. His arms still wrapped around her as his eyes fall completely asleep.[/i][/b]

[u]Some time later...[/u] [b]She awoke with a yawn, disengaging herself from Axel carefully as not to wake him. The fire had burned out overnight, and she went out to gather more wood.[/b]

[b][i]He went to hold her closer noticing she's gone as he wakes up. Looking around worried for a moment as he sees her things sighing with relief. Stretching as he dusts himself off looking around.[/i][/b]

[b]She held the sticks under one arm, a light covering of snow having dusted the ground, making it difficult to find dry timber. She cursed mildly to herself at the weather; she had strayed far from their temporary home, maybe around 500 yards away. She had scratched marks in trees to find her way back. A strong breeze gushed past her, the hood of her dragonskin cloak falling off. She froze, recognizing it instantly. It was what her clothing was made out of, after all. [i]Dragon.[/i] The gigantic shadow was cast over her as the beast blotted out the sun, crashing in front of her, it's snout a mere 5 feet from her own face. The dragon was easily 120 feet long, it's wingspan twice as much, and it's head was in equal size to her body, dark green scaling accentuating purple eyes. It roared, the noise deafening as it let loose a jet of flame, the air heating rapidly to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit. She smiled grimly, letting the fire course harmlessly around her. [/b] "What a pity... you're such a magnificent creature." [b]She muttered, hands alighting with white hot flame.[/b]

Edited by Zebra: 10/12/2016 5:33:04 PM[b]She charged forward, and the dragon froze, surprised. She quickly formed a long sword from flame, sliding underneath the dragon and stabbing it into its neck. Not a fatal blow, but enough for it to grab her with its talons and throw her into the air. She rocketed upwards, a sharp smile on her face as she peaked at around 2,000 feat, the pressure popping her ears. The beast had raked her side, and she could feel the warm trickle of blood leaking into her clothing.[/b] "DON'T GET ME ANGRY, BITCH!" [b]She shouted, laughing as she dropped downwards, the dragon flying up to meet her as she conjured a fireball, with easily a 50 ft circumference, slamming it into the beast's head. Dragonhide was flameproof; up to a point. The dragon screamed as it was reduced to charcoal, black ash floating around her as she cushioned her impact with flame, landing flat on her back, her whole body smoking. She sat up, catching some of the ash in her hands.[/b] "Why did the thing attack me... perhaps my clothing?" [b]She asked herself, not totally convinced.[/b]

[b][i]He heard the roar as he got up his pupil turning into a rune as he paused. His fur turning blue and losing their spots as he gets up. His body seeming liquid like now as he begins to move towards the sound.[/i][/b] "I was kidding world jeez..." [u]"Then don't make the joke Axel."[/u] [b][i]The voice whispered to him as he shakes his head. The figure disappearing as he did, moving forward as fast as he can to reach where the sound came from.[/i][/b]

[b]She launched herself upwards, her eyes flaming as she used fire to propel herself at the dragon's head. The dragon simply opened its jaws, consuming her whole, just as she spotted Axel out of the corner of her eye, teeth cutting him from view.[/b] "Well, shit." [b]She cursed, anger coursing through her as she slid down the dragon's throat, breaking hard with her heels to not land in a puddle of stomach acid. She summoned a fireball in her right hand, the heat beginning to boil the dragon from the inside as the flame ruptured outwards.[/b] "If you're going to eat me out, you gotta buy me dinner first." [b]She laughed maniacally, the flames burning holes in the dragon's sides, eventually hitting the dragon's fuel pouch which exploded.[/b]

[b][i]He watched the explosion and flames erupt from the dragon as he raised an eyebrow. Launching ice at the beast in a barrage as if too hurt it and stop it from exploding around her.[/i][/b]

[b]She saw the ice, in her enraged state taking it for an attack as flames lashed out, melting the icicles instantly as she crushed the charred skull of the dragon, emerging from its corpse angrily.[/b] "YOU DARE CHALLENGE ME?!" [b]She yelled at the distant figure, not realizing it was Axel.[/b]

"Val I'm not challenging you!" [b][i]He says as he blocks the flame with his ice. The ice melting as he blinks looking around curious and a little concerned.[/i][/b] "Please I don't want to fight you I was just concerned for you!" [b][i]He then launches water at her drenching her hair as if a way to show he meant no harm. Blinking as he hopes he didn't go to far with it.[/i][/b]

"Mother-blam!-ER!" [b]She shouted, flames enveloping her figure, steam emitting from her clothing as she dried herself. She stalked in his direction, looking pissed, but the flames had died.[/b]

[b][i]He blinked as she could literally watch his legs melt to liquid as he began to disappear. Now all liquid in the ground it darted away from her direction and back to the tree. At arriving at the tree he shook his head looking down. He couldn't tell if he needed to leave or if he was safe it was getting risky for him.[/i][/b]

[b]She headed back to the tree, nervous that she had scared him off.[/b] "-blam!- me and my temper." [b]She muttered, approaching the opening of the tree, sighing heavily.[/b]

[b][i]He sat near the fire quiet as he looked back to her and looked down. His ears and tail drooping, playing with some if the wood as he tosses it into the fire.[/i][/b] "Sorry for the water..."

"It's fine." [b]She sat down next to him, exhaling. She was covered foot to toe in ash, as she leaned backwards.[/b]

[b][i]He looks at her brushing off some of the ash with his hands. Looking back to the fire as he doesn't seem completely sold on that. His body slumping slightly as he did so closing his eyes.[/i][/b] "You don't have to lie to me I know I messed up out there.."

"You were just trying to help." [b]She fell over, body leaning on his. [/b] "My temper... I can't control it. In all honesty, if you hadn't dunked water on me, I would've torched you." [b]She sniffled a bit, wiping her nose with a sleeve.[/b]

[b][i]He saw her sniffle and wraps his arm around her rubbing her side. Leaning his head on hers as he smiles not letting go.[/i][/b] "Hey don't cry it's okay.....besides you can't torch me that easy..." [b][i]He purrs softly in an attempt to cheer her up as he looks at her. His eyes gazing into hers as he does so with a happy look.[/i][/b] "I'm just glad you are safe."
