[spoiler]Athena.[/spoiler]
[i]Someone that the soldier was familiar with arrived within the courtyard, someone that loved Athena rather dearly.
That "someone" was Irina.
The Vileblood's strikingly pale, angular face turned towards Athena, her light blue eyes lighting up with happiness as she made her way over to the woman. She was not in her typical garb, not today. Instead of the dark grey jacket or tricorne leather hat, Irina bore a stainless suit of cold steel armor, sunlight reflecting off of its shining surface. She bore leggings and gauntlets similar to this, and the only cloth on her other than the black fabric covering the joints was a dark red cape depicting an ancient symbol upon it, hanging from her left shoulder. Irina did not bear a helmet, while her long light blonde hair was tied back in a ponytail.
Grinning at Athena as she approached, her Chikage, a curved katana-like sword, and Evelyn, a long-barreled flintlock pistol, were the only two weapons that she had on her at the moment. Other than that...she had none. Irina waved at Athena, walking over to the soldier rather quietly. [/i]

[i]She immediately got up and ran over to Irina.[/i]

[i]Irina only held out her arms, grinning rather lovingly towards Athena. She would try to pull her into a hug, maybe a kiss.[/i]

[i]She gives Irina a short kiss, then notices the armor.[/i] "I take it you're going to fight somebody?"

[i]After kissing, Irina pulled away and shrugged, looking down at the armor she bore. It appeared to be...surprisingly comfortable to her, plus it provided protection and allowed her to be agile still. Still, she had a purpose for the armor. She would combat others in it.[/i]

"I take it you've been doing well since our previous... Encounter?"

[i]The Vileblood's eyes lit up for a moment in excitement as she nodded in response, the grin magnifying. She was wishing that she could just..speak to Athena. To tell her how much she meant to her.[/i]

"It's great to see you again. Had no idea where you were. I [i]was[/i] gonna try the bar, but some chick took it over and I didn't feel like getting blown through a wall."

[i]Irina only smirked in response, only listening as well...she couldn't speak.[/i]

"Hm..." [i]She pauses, thinking, though it soon seems like she lost her train of thought.[/i]

[i]Irina's face contorted into a look of confusion, and she only stared at Athena. Her hands were at her sides, her eyes looking into Athena's silently.[/i]

"Sorry. Forgot what I was gonna say... Anyways I don't have anything important to do today. You got anything in mind?"

[i]In response, Irina only shrugged, although she looked at her own weapons as if trying to signify something. Probably a friendly duel. She didn't mind what that did, really.[/i]
