It was a cold and bleak day at the dojo. The melancholy rain fell, leaving the courtyards less busy than normal. Sandello sat inside his room, behind his desk, looking out the foggy window at the gray clouds passing by. He was thinking, thinking about the recent events, the loss of some of his brethren. Losing them to such an evil person as Irina angered him, he wouldn't tolerate resistance against his men from anyone else, especially not her. He left the door open to his room as he faced away from it and let his guards leave him for once. He knew she hated him and he felt the same. He knew she would make an attempt on his life, and he was prepared and waited patiently for her. As he waited, he adjusted his suit jacket and fiddled with a ring on his finger. Sandello was prepared for anything, and he wasn't someone who liked challengers to his family, he wouldn't have it, it didn't matter if it was a beggar or a serial killer, he could not let people challenge his power.
Open for orn, but anyone can reply. Sandello isn't any ordinary fight either, just a warning.
And so, the Vileblood arrived. Stepping through the doorway silently, the six foot three woman only stared at Sandello eerily, her pale, smooth face contorted into a look of peacefulness, oddly enough. The girl's light, crystal-like eyes stared the mob boss down, a slight grin appearing on her face. Her rich platinum blonde hair had been tied into a long ponytail, while a tricorne black leather hat sat on her head, a pure white feather protruding from the back of it. Her dark long coat was straightened out completely, the shirt and handkerchief protruding from her neckpiece just as elegantly worn. Her boots were laced up and tighten, similar to her gloves, which were leather gauntlets buttoned together by shining iron buttons. A tight belt wrapped around her waist, and at her side tightly hung a decorated brass sheath to a sword, while the metal handle of the blade stuck out. The grip had a serrated knife-like dagger protruding from the end of it, which oddly enough...looked removable. Also hanging at her belt was a shining flintlock pistol, the barrel elongated and shined. Irina, the Vileblood of Cainhurst, sworn enemy of the Healing Church and the Dojo, knew that Sandello intended to kill her for her actions. She didn't care. She never cared. So many others had tried to before, and why was this old man so special? She didn't understand why people bothered to follow him in the first place. She only stood at the doorway, not seeking to cause violence...not yet, anyway.

  • Sandello turned around while still sitting in his chair, he looked at her with an expression of disappointment. He spoke quietly. "Irina... you could've been a great asset to my organization, but you traded it all for mass murdering. So disorganized, so disgustingly barbaric, yet as a person, you fit none of those qualities. It's a shame we hate each other so much..." He stood up, still staring at her.

The huntress didn't even falter, as if she was frozen into place. Her gloved hands had found their way into her thin coat's pocket, while rain drizzled down from the heavens outside. It wasn't like she could speak to Sandello anyway, since she was mute. And if she could...she didn't know what to say anyways. Sandello was...polite. Calm. Like a scolding father to a trouble-causing child, which in this cause was Irina. If the father had the intent of murdering the child, assuming Sandello planned on killing her.

  • Sandello walked closer to Irina, keeping his hands open, making sure she wouldn't think he was going for a weapon. "I know you can't speak, if you could, maybe we could understand each other better. Maybe I could understand your motives... I don't like killing people, but when they are so bold to my face, so insulting to my family, I can't just let that happen. I hope you understand."

She only nodded, while staring right at Sandello's hands. As he got closer, her hands exited her pockets, as she simply positioned then to where they were beside her weapons. Chances were, Sandello was armed, perhaps with a throwing knife or small gun. She didn't know.

  • Sandello sighed. "Don't worry, I'll give you a chance if you'd like..."

Irina only tilted her head, although she assumed a position that looked as if she was ready to lunge right at Sandello, or perhaps dodge out of the way of...something. She was honestly terrified: what was he doing? Why was he taking so long? Was he trying to trick her? She didn't understand at all.

  • Sandello started to walk away. "Then let's not waste any time." He reached inside his jacket, pulling out a revolver. He turned around and it started to glow as he raised it to her.

Irina suddenly reached into her own, swiftly retrieving a throwing knife as Sandello reached for the gun and threw it straight at his hand with the firearm. Funny enough, it was as if she didn't intend to kill him, as a look of apparent grief was on her face as she threw the blade.

  • The gun fell from his hand, but his hand didn't look injured much. He looked up and saw her face. He remained silent, staring at her with a look of compassion and sympathy. After a while, he spoke. "What is it, my dear?"

Her hands retreating to her pockets once more, Irina simply shrugged, sighing lightly afterwards. She was really, really not in the mood to kill someone, as she was considering a lot of things recently. Her actions. Her purpose. Besides, it wasn't like there was a reason for her to kill Sandello. He had plenty of reasons to kill her, however.
