[i]Alyssa stepped forward, swinging the sword with her left arm horizontally from left to right. The slash was extremely weak, and at best would only make a small cut in flesh.[/i]

"Hmm... Keep going... Now, I'll go ahead and just give you some ground rules... Never, EVER go into a fight expecting to kill someone. Even if you've been sent to do it. Only kill them if you know that they are evil." *He holds the sword steady as she keeps slashing at it.*

[i]Alyssa aimed another slash the same direction, and a contributing factor to her weak blows was the fact that she was only using her non dominant hand. She kept whacking at the sword the same way, again and again.[/i]

"Okay, you can stop now. The fact that your left hand isn't dominant is clearly a problem... Go ahead and put that sword back and try mine. It's much lighter but also extremely sharp, so be careful."

(It's fine.) *He hands it to her. She can feel it's about half as heavy as the practice sword and is very easy to swing. Sketch summons another one, holding it in his other hand.* "I'll yet you keep that one for practice if you want... I'll still control when it controls air so you don't have to worry about blowing anyone's house down..."

"Cool!" [i]Alyssa exclaimed, swinging the blade around with much more ease. Now, even though it was in her non dominant hand, she could hit something hard enough to maybe dent it, and cut through flesh.[/i]

"See? Much better right?" *He holds up his sword.* "Now try swinging it."

[i]Alyssa swung it at Sketch's sword, although it still wasn't strong enough to knock it aside anywhere.[/i]

"Much better... You still need practice swinging though so you can get stronger with your left hand... Let's try swinging up and down now..." *He turns to the side, holding his sword straight out with both hands.*

[i]Alyssa nodded, lifting the blade, and swinging it downwards, using gravity to her advantage; the blow was much stronger.[/i]

"Wow, that was a powerful swing... Now try swinging up..."

[i]Suddenly, out of nowhere, a gunmetal gray, New Magnesium prosthetic arm—strong as titanium, light as a feather—appeared on her stump of an arm, because for the sake of training I'm gonna time skip to after JT implants the prosthetic. She gripped Sketch's blade, this time with two hands, and swung upwards, ten times stronger and fifteen times faster than before.[/i]

*Sparks fly as she sword hits but Sketch manages to keep it steady.* "Wow, that's much better with the aug... You still need more practice of course... Let's try blocking. And let's see how well you can defend against a magical sword." *His sword disappears and he walks over to his backpack where there is a silver handled sword in a sheathe. He draws it, revealing a blue bladed sword.* "This sword can control ice. Let's see how well you can do... Get into a guard..." [spoiler]God... So many characters getting augs...[/spoiler]
