And a Democrat backed the Civil Rights Movement. The ideologues of every party are about as stable as a sand castle. Holding allegiance to any side will only bring disappointment. If the underage future voters are to learn anything from this year's election, please learn to stick to your convictions, not a "party."

And which parties runner up said to stick to your convictions and "vote your conscience". Was it ted cruz who committed political suicide by refusing to endorse trump by standing on his principles? Or comrad bernie who are being stabbed in the back, or more accurately the front by the DNC still cucked himself over for the hillary? The answer is clear.

Not trying to sway your convictions one way or another. You feel one of the candidates is best for office, so be it. I was merely pointing out that the parties are have always been, and will always be fairweather on any stance. It's to be expected at some level, since they can only gain control by appealing to the general masses. Since the current system is not showing any possibility of changing, I only appeal to future generations to cite their convictions honestly. If enough people do, then the "parties" will have little recourse, but to adapt their "policies" to match.

FACT: It was democrats % that opposed the civil rights act. FACT: It was republicans % that supported it. FACT: ONLY ONE, I REPEAT ONE, so called "dixiecrat" actually stayed in the republican party. Every single other one happily rejoined the democratic party. FACT: Bill and hillary clintons "beloved friend and mentor" robert byrd was a former KKK leader. The facts are clear, HISTORY IS CLEAR and luckily we haven't gone down the leftist path of book burning and there is clear accounts of history free of leftist spin.

What I don't like about the way politics function nowadays is that everyone is expected to pick a certain side and viewpoint and stick to it. If I'm proved wrong, I should change my viewpoint. Say I grew up in a bunker and believed the sky was green. Well, one day I went out to see the sky and found that it was blue. I shouldn't maintain that the sky was green purely because I "have to be loyal."
