[u][i]Well he looks a little... Different...[/i][/u]
*It was a cool, humid day in the Dojo. Dark clouds floated high in the sky, blocking out the sun. Two of the Dojo's most 'exotic' individuals were outside, sitting on the scaffolding on the inside of the Dojo wall.
Sapphire said something to Vorim'Tairn and he wrote something down on a small notebook and held it up for her to see. Sapphire hardly spoke now. She only talked when necessary because there was no way for someone to reply. What with her loss of hearing, being illiterate in English, not understanding sign language and not being able to read lips, she's basically cut off from any information other than what she sees. Vorim and Big S are the only ones in the Dojo who can write in Sphirinian, so when they aren't around, she's completely silent.
Vorim had been acting different either. Seeing him outside had become rare. In fact, seeing him at all had become rare. He already spoke rarely and and when he did speak it was almost always quiet and with a stutter. His little brother had forced him to interact with people back on Sphirinia, slowly helping him build up his confidence with people so he can eventually talk to them on his own. Since Sketch had learned to talk, he had helped Vorim, his brother who is a full three years older than him. When he mysteriously disappeared from SphirInia, Vorim had gotten to a point where he could interact with others without needing Sketch there to help him. What he had failed to consider when coming to this dimension was that it would completely reset his progress. It had taken years for Sketch to bring him up to where he was. And when the person who knew him best had disappeared, Vorim fell back down. He locked himself in his apartment, only rarely leaving to stock up on a week's worth of food before disappearing back into his apartment again. He would have still been in there if Sapphire hadn't smashed through the door and dragged him out.
It had been weeks since Sketch had been kidnapped by William. Members had chased him through three towns, but eventually turned back or had lost his trail. He was either thought to be dead or possibly a slave to someone far away.
Sapphire and Vorim were unaware of the dark creature slowly making its way up the long, winding steps to the Dojo.*

[b]Fortis looks at Destanius, who returns with a shake of his head. Fortis flys over the wall of the dojo and spots the black creature. He shines a light on it and takes a photo of it. He then flys back to sapphire and Vorim and projects a holographic image of the photo.[/b] "This thing was following you."

*Both their eyes widen as they look at the photo.* [u][b]Sketch?![/b][/u] [u]This... This is fake right? Right?!?[/u] *In the photo was the shadowy creature which seems to resemble Sketch. It's body is exactly the same shape as Sketch's but it seems to ripple like pitch black liquid, little parts of it floating up and disappearing. It is surrounded by a grey aura as well.* [u][b]How l-long h-has he been f-following us?! I h-haven't l-left my a-a-apartment i-in so long!!![/b][/u]

[b]Fortis and Destanius are both visible shocked at the image.[/b] "Well, I don't know." Says Destanius.

[u][b]THAT'S SKETCH!!![/b][/u] *Shouts Vorim, standing up and looking over the wall to try and see him.*

"This is big news. Let's go out to see him."

[u][b]Y-Yeah![/b][/u] *Sapphire and Vorim open the gate and start running down the stairs.*

[b]Fortis and Destanius run after them.[/b]

*As they are running down the stairs, they turn a corner and are thrown right back at Destanius and Fortis. Both of them twist through the air to land on their feet but it doesn't help with their current flight path.*

[b]Fortis catches Sapphire, and Destanius catches Vorim.[/b] "What the heck was that?" Said Destanius.

*Vorim looks stunned.* [u][b]I-It can't be Sk-Sk-Sketch! It can't!!![/b][/u] *Vorim trembles a little. For once, Sapphire looks legitimately terrified. All her fur has puffed up and she claws at fortis, frantically trying to push him away before dashing back up the stairs towards the Dojo.*

[b]Fortis and Destanius draw there weapons, ready to fight off whatever has attacked Sapphire and Vorim.[/b]

*Stepping around the corner is the creature from the photo, its large glowing white eyes staring at them.* *Creature "You two should leave. I'm not here to kill you, just Wolfy's brother and that tiger too." *His voice was identical to Sketch's but it seemed corrupted. Vorim had described William talking the same way after coming back to the Dojo from trying to chase him down.*

"I am afraid that I can't allow you to do that, as Sapphire and Vorim are innocents. Unless, of course, they provoked you or wronged you in some way." Says Fortis. "Also, aren't they your friends, Sketch?" Says Destanius.

*William "Sketch? Ha! He isn't in control! I'm William! You know, the guy he kidnapped him and has now taken over his mind! And they are far from innocent! They contributed to me becoming this!"

"Ok, William. How did they wrong you? Also, why don't you let Sketch go so we can here from him too. In order to reach a verdict, we need all sides of the story." Says Fortis.

*William "He's mine! I can't let him go! And they helped turn me into this!!!"

"Well since you 'can't' let him go, we will focus on how the turned you into this." Says Fortis. [spoiler]Does Sketch still have the coin I gave him?[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Yeah, why?[/spoiler] *William "I tried to kidnap him. They kept me there until it started raining! The rain nearly killed me!"

[spoiler]You'll see.[/spoiler] "Wait, so you kidnapped Sketch, and Sapphire and Vorim made you stay until it rained. Why did you kidnap Sketch, how did Sappihire and Vorim make you stay, and how does rain hurt you?"

*William "I was trying to kidnap him so he could either be executed or sold into slavery. The rain must have destabilized me when I turned into a gaseous state. It hurt like nothing I've ever felt before!"

'Well, killing people and/or enslaving them is illegal. Also, are you made of liquid? That is pretty cool."

*William "It's not cool! I have to use Wolfy's body to keep my form stable! And his body is so... Weird... It took me like two days to figure how to walk on these weird a$$ legs!" *He motions to his legs which are digitigrade.* *William "And I've been suppressing his instincts for about a week to keep myself from losing control!"

"Well how about this. My friend Destanius here knows a lot about liquid life forms. Perhaps he can help stabilize you, and you can return Sketch."

*William "Not gonna happen!!!"

"Ok, William. I have tried diplomacy. Which means there is only one option left." [b]The coin that Fortis gave Sketch starts rapidly blinking. Fortis and Destanius jump backward. Then, the coin explodes. After the coin explodes, Fortis starts spraying water over the scene, since William said that he is hurt by water.[/b]
