Engrams disappearing From PostMaster

Has anyone noticed their engrams have started to disappear from the postmaster when they have 20 engrams ? especially after the Archons Forge sessions Have I missed something in the updates, saying engrams limited to 20...

The postmaster is not extra storage. Once it is full old items will be replaced by new ones.
