Epic quest. My team just powered through it all evening. Have loved pulse type weapons since Halo but this one takes the cake. Even without the exotic perk I just love that it has outlaw.
Just everyone give it a chance for a bit before you start crying about it in PvP and get it screwed up. It's basically a Hawksaw class with a better recoil pattern. That's about it.

People aren't going to like it because it is difficult to obtain, so they will feel like there is some kind of unfair advantage. Personally I'm withholding judgement until I see how it feels to fight against someone using it.

It did well. It's basically the hawksaw archetype with a better base recoil pattern and a larger mag. Can have bit more impact than that class at the same fire rate with accurized ballistics. Exotic perk won't work against good players.

If it's a better hawksaw, then I'm betting that is going to cause some heartburn, exotic perk notwithstanding.

Only very slightly. And I'm talking about base. A hawksaw with counter balance shoots better than this. But people will cry anyway
