Do other members of the fireteam, one Hunter and one Warlock, have to enter their codes at the same time you enter your codes as well? If this is the case, the only way this will work is if you raid with a consistent team. This isn't the case for a good portion of the playerbase.

We figured it out. The warlock had to buy another one from shiro and we had to time it better
