The New Dragonslayer's Arrival Dojoville, 11:35 AM Olivia, Daughter of Ornstein and Nora ...It was silent. The usually bristling streets of Dojoville were not empty. But they were silent, for the people that were on the street that dreadful morning were all dead. Sliced to bits, cut in half, their blood oozed from their bodies still, and onto the sidewalks and concrete street under them. Among the dead, a body belonging to an elderly man shuffled only slightly, and a small boy crawled out from under the body, his once fine clothing caked in blood and gore as he slowly crawled away from the gristly scene of death. His lemon-blonde hair was messy and stained with the dark red liquid, his once pale, smooth face covered in blood as well. The boy, who was no more than ten, clutched his stomach after crawling away, letting out gasps of pain as he touched the wound that had been inflicted upon him. The woman had nearly sliced right through him, blood dripping from his sliced open flesh. He would never forget that face - that grin of absolute evil as she murdered so many...why? Why would someone do this? The child didn't understand. All he knew was that he was going to die, he couldn't stop that. And yet, when he laid down his head and looked to his left, he saw a figure in the distance, the golden armor gleaming brightly as they approached, shaking their head in disgust before leaning down next to the child, the growling lion helm that hid their head staring eerily into his light blue eyes. Before the boy blacked out, the figure took his hand softly with a golden gauntlet, still looking at the child as he closed his eyes. "...W-Why..." A single word spoken by a light, feminine voice escaped the golden lion helmet after the boy's head slumped over, his breath shallow and low. A bright red plume escaped the back of the helm, bright red rubies decorated the knightess's chestplate. She stood at a somewhat surprising height, standing at 6'6 feet tall and seeming somewhat muscular. A long, golden spear was sheathed in the knightess's back, electricity flickering on its metal tip for a moment or two. Alongside that was a 5'4 foot long straight sword attached to her waist, and alongside that, two .44 Magnum revolvers, the weapons locked and loaded at the moment. Slung into her back was a rather large slug-firing shotgun, highly futuristic and looking as if it could tear through metal with relative ease. Hardlight shielding covered the woman's golden armor, which consisted of ceramic plating and pure gold, although there was probably more under the armor currently shown. Her right gauntlet had an additional modification to it: a blade waited right under her wrist, probably to be used as some sort of device used in close quarter combat. Her final weapon was a simple pointed stiletto, the blade shined and the tip sharpened to the maximum. Still holding the young boy's skinny, pale hand, the nameless figure rose up from the ground, picking the boy up as she stood to her full height. Holding the bleeding child as if he was her own, she turned her attention to the massive structure in the distance. The Dojo. Perhaps...Perhaps they could help the child? It was worth a try, plus...she had come here for a reason. Making her way through the gore and blood, the knightess walked towards the Dojo, with the intent of saving his young life. ((Open.))

  • The gates were wide open at the arrival of a powerful aura; the dragonslayer, having most likely felt the strength in a dragon's persona recognized it immediately. Mainly looking for a savior for the boy, the aura only got stronger as she approached; whatever it was, the dragon ahead was massive if she judged it by presence alone. The pressure change from her region to the Dojo's made her ears pop, and as she rounded the corner, a man stood just outside the gates. His metal fingers ran smoothly along his steed's head before it turned and walked away, deep into the mountains again. The figure was not a dragon, yet... it had the presence of one. An extremely powerful one. His East-Indian features were prominent in the dying light of the day; a long nose, strong jawline, and rich brown eyes that glistened like gold. He stood short of her, 6'2", and smiled as his companion left. The forest green cloak he wore was body encompassing; layered with golden trim and sigils, the figure was clearly a mage of a high order. His black combat pants and beige attire underneath was an odd colour combination, but the clear plates of metal underneath meant he didn't come unprotected. A 1.5m claymore on his back, and a custom Five-Seven at his hip; kards, strong-tipped daggers, were also visible above his hip, ready to be drawn. His piercing stare met hers, and for the first time Alon felt something akin to hatred in his soul for the first time in months. The sight of the woman made him hot with anger... but the boy in her arms mellowed the fiery temper within him. Slowly, and with an air of caution, he stepped over to meet them mid-way. Excuse me, ma'am, if you just set the boy down up ahead I can heal him up for you... His words faded away with every second, then becoming totally silent near the last bit. Her presence clearly irked him, and the effort to not turn her down was only persuaded by the boy in her arms. It was clear he hated her kind.

The woman only stared deeply at the man, a boiling hatred for him seeming to brew up within her as she tightened her grip on the dying child's body, her armored fingers grasping him as if she would never let go. She recognized the presence that she had felt: a dragon, or something of the sort. It didn't stop her from immediately disliking him, whatever he was. Of course, she had been warned that she would face troubles at the Dojo...but a dragon? The girl always viewed dragons as monstrosities, terrorizing the masses for their own benefit, whether that be through profit or their own enjoyment. It didn't matter at the moment, however. She had to remain focused at the task at hand, instead of losing control against the one that had offered his own assistance to her. Even if he was a dragon of some kind...she would have to wait for another opportunity. "Fine. Do whatever you can." The five words that she spoke were low and venomous, as if she was still very furious. She sat the child down lightly, leaning down and placing his bleeding body onto the barren dirt below, looking at his face for a moment before standing upright again. It pained her to see a young boy like this, and she only hoped that she would find the monstrosity responsible for these actions. She backed away from his body, clenching her fist as she waited for the mage. The golden lion-shaped helm only stared towards him, the metallic teeth bared in apparent rage, as if they were hungering for a fight.

  • He soon sensed her aura of dislike and hatred, feeling the waves of emotions hitting him like gusts of wind, but didn't give it much attention. A Dragonslayer... he'd come across many, but some only bore the name for intimidation purposes. But here, this woman actually was one. He could feel it pulsing off of her; the aura that made his blood crawl. Alon drew a short bronze stick, flicking it forward sharply as it extended to about a metre long. At it's end was a glowing orb; it's surface a pearly white, the soothing light it gave off calming the tension in the air if only for a moment. It was set in three pillars of bronze just like the rest of the shaft, the weathered metal giving off a brushed look. Old, yet still functional. He closed his eyes in concentration, bowing down to both knees beside the child. As he lowered the staff, the orb glowed with strength, a pulsing light sending waves of mystical illusions through the air. The waves met the child's body, running over him like the ocean's tide. His wounds and cuts and bruises brought the light to them like a magnet, the glowing staff sending more waves as the glittering pulses filled the cuts like liquid. With one final wave, the staff shot light outwards with force; the wave moved through the Dragonslayer as if she wasn't there, unnerving her. Like it was a gust of wind, the pulse blew away all the light encasing the boy's body, revealing him whole and void of any wounds, no scars or bruises left at all. The mage quietly put the staff away, allowing himself a smile before his face hardened once again, remembering the Dragonslayer was watching. As she had witnessed him perform the miracle, she'd seen many a people from the doors of the Dojo look on and point at the mage; a gesture of recognition. He realized she was still a person, but he loathed her presence. Reaching forward to pick up the boy, he muttered a few words to her. He needs rest. I'll take him inside. Picking him up, he started to walk away before stopping. You can come if you want. He is your responsibility, I'm assuming. The last couple sentences were forced, obviously through gritted teeth. He spoke without turning around, his steps a little sluggish from the miracle; whatever he had done had taken a toll on him, and as much as the boy needed rest, so did he, it seemed.

Only sighing heavily, the Dragonslayer kept staring at the mage, while the metallic lion helm also stared at him, a slight tint of electric yellow seen within the eye sockets to the helmet, probably the eyes of the girl staring at Alon. Slowly but surely, she began making her way towards the child and his savior, and while the young boy had been saved from death, his breathing stabilized although he was still out, the Dragonslayer wouldn't thank the mage. He was the enemy, her one and true target, and considering her hatred for his kind, he might remain that way for a long, long time. Speaking once again with a deep disliking, the girl's voice was slightly muffled by the helm, though one could of course, still hear her speak. "...I think I can take care of the child myself. You...need rest." The girl just simply wanted to get Alon out of her sight, to tell the truth. The fury in her voice was easily distinguishable.

  • He still didn't stop walking. She didn't know much of the process, and as it being a small child, he needed more than a miracle to survive. He may seem alright but he isn't. If you truly care, you'll let me prepare some medicine. Just inside the walls, though; consider this a welcome to our home. With newfound strength in his step, he walked on towards the gate, not waiting for the woman to catch up. He didn't seem tired anymore; in fact, he was ready to fight. His powerful aura flared up in challenge, hitting the woman with a sense of unease. Cursing, he forced it down. For the sake of the Dojo and it's usually fragile peace, he would leave dealing with her for another time. Setting the boy down on a park bench near a cherry blossom tree, he performed a bunch of bodily tests; heart rate, breathing, blood pressure. Hands glowing a pale green, he tested the air coming in and out of the boy's lungs, and compressed his arm lightly for pressure. Finally, putting the apple sack on his back to the ground, he dug out various herbs and medicines. With one hand, he burned away all the bacteria from the piece of ground he decided to work with; with the other, he lay out three piles of random herbs. Putting his hands together, he placed them down on the ground; and with the crackling of electricity and a small flash, the piles turned to pills. Scooping them up with care, he set them in three seperate satchels and held them out to the Dragonslayer, gesruring to each one as he spoke. Blood regulators, for what he has lost. I wasn't able to heal all his internal wounds, and these should bring up his white blood cell and platelet count again; make sure he takes one at every meal. Vulneary concoction, should aid his body in the healing process and bring up his red blood cell count. Once before bed; also some sleep-aid in that one, he's going to be sleepless for many nights to come, and he needs this. And then, a small herbal mix. If he seems like he's lacking energy, it's the vitamins and minerals he lost during his bleed-out. Give him two in the morning, one at night. If you keep this up as soon as he's awake, he'll be better than okay in no time. Eyes fixated only on the boy, he handed the pills to the Dragonslayer, standing up straight and backing away. If anything arises, come to me. As much as I would rather you didn't, the boy is my concern, not you. His golden-brown eyes gleamed with his words unspoken, and he stood silently staring at the woman, looking her over, assessing her. He knew she would come after him eventually. After all, he was dragon-blooded. And she was a Dragonslayer. Rest assured, we'll settle our conflict in time, woman. His eyes turned away now, popping a small bit of herbs into his mouth. He had nothing more to say; he only stuck around to see where they'd be off to, and so as to never turn his back to the woman again. Once was already dangerous, twice was certain death.

Only silently taking the satchels with her left hand and clenching them within her armored palm, the young woman only stared at Alon as he informed her of the purposes of the medical pills that she had been given and when she should have given them to the child. Her hatred for the mage hadn't subdued at all, even after he had given her the necessary items needed to properly heal the young boy. As Alon walked away from the child and the female Dragonslayer, electricity slowly surged within the palm of her right hand before suddenly dissipating, as if it had never been there at all. For a moment, she had almost let her rage take over, something she had been specifically trained to not let happen at all. But even with all of her training, that didn't stop the knightess from absolutely hating the dragon-blooded mage for what he was, and it didn't stop her from immediately clenching her right fist in anger after the electricity within her hand suddenly dissipated. She wouldn't go after him just yet: she would take her time, seek weaknesses, and strike her target when the time was ripe. And within the Dojo, a place that she had been recommended to arrive at with her own father...this was not the place to kill the dragon at all. Sighing heavily, the woman strolled over to the young child quietly, silently lifting him up with both arms and staring upon his smooth, pale face. She calmly raised her right hand to push away some of the boy's blonde hair out of his eyesight, although he was in deep sleep. She had to return him to his family, unless they had been killed by the one that had committed the actions. And so, the woman turned her back go Alon, softly carrying the young boy with her as she returned to the village, only seeking a place where the boy could stay, alongside her, so that she could care for him.
I assume fin?
• A young man could be seen up ahead, also climbing the steps towards the dojo. He seemed to be in a rush with a large black backpack hauled over his shoulder.

The massive wooden and warded gate of the Dojo creaked open with a loud screech, as if the door desperately needed some oil. Then, from the open gate, rolled a single, decapitated head, the face looking very angry, right orange eye twitching in annoyance. Soon, a headless body followed, stumbling after the head. "Oh, hello - OW - the- OUCH -re!" The head called upon noticing the Dragonslayer, a pained yelp coming from the appendage whenever it fells down a step.. Meanwhile, the body was stumbling down the stairs, hand slow and trying to grab the head, missing every time. "I'M RIGHT - OW - HERE - OUCH - YOU DUMBASS!" The body threw its hands into the air in desperation, speeding up a little as it continued to try and catch the head, which was still looking very pissed, and getting angrier with every step it fell down.

"...Oh. Okay...I'm just gonna..." As much as she wanted to assist the head at the moment, the knightess figured that she had better things to do, especially since she had a dying child currently in her arms at the moment. She couldn't be too useful if she wanted to, and was utterly confused by the whole situation. She remained planted in place, only staring at the head and the body chasing it.

  • After a while of cat and head, the body was complete again, and looking at Olivia with a very worried expression. The woman before the Dragonslayer, was seven feet tall, being probably the tallest woman eva. Her skin was light tone of blue, eyes a fiery orange with black sclera, and tilted sightly inward. She had a pretty face, with its soft jawline, curved chin, and shallow cheekbones. Her lips were sightly puffy and a night sky blue, making them stand out from her light blue skin. She was wearing a loose fitting, milk white sweater, hiding her physique rather well - though her slight hourglass figure was still visible. Beneath said sweater, was an ocean blue shirt with a frilly rim, the fabric reaching to Leif's knees. Around her neck, where the decapitated head made contact with the body, was a black shawl, hiding the cut. "You.. The kid.. No! Quickly, come here! We've got doctors."
