1. Buy exotic heavy from kiosk with exotic shard. 2. Drop a few motes into it to fully unlock all bubbles 3. Shard it for 2 exotic shards 4. Profit 1 shard The best way to get shards in y2. Im getting low on shards, so I went and did this....and it didn't work! I only got 1 shard upon dismantle instead of 2. Tried it a second time, again only 1 shard. Awwww crap. I've got a lot of exotics to infuse in the coming months.
