I got all five buffs from my first game on my warlock since this owl sector thing started. That was the first game of pvp i had played on any character since the owl sector began, it was the skirmish daily match yesterday. I realized wow i have all five buffs thats really cool! i was waiting afk in the reef while getting a bite to eat when multiple people messaged me asking if i could help them to get the buffs. I booted up a private match and was able to discover the order of events required to get someone all five buffs when they started with no buffs at all, and I had all five.
I first tried to do this with one other person in a rumble private match. he already had 2 buffs. no combination of super kills, orb drops, regular kills, kills with any weapon/ability etc, was able to give him the buffs. we then tried 1v1 rumble again but this time on his character that had no buffs. still no success. Then we got a group of 4 players in a private match. I was the only one who had five buffs, the rest of them got on characters that had no buffs. we played the match on burning shrine in mayhem clash. what i did was i waited for my stormtrance to be up, and i stood next to the two players on the other team(those palyers had no buffs, I had five), i then killed both of them with my super, then, i let one of them come back and kill me. The person that killed me got all five buffs. so we did it again, I killed both of them with my super, one of them now had five buffs, and the other had none still(i still had all five buffs), this time after i killed both of them, the one who still didn't have five buffs killed me, and then he got all five buffs as well. my teammate hadn't got any buffs up to that point. But now the other two people on the other team had all the buffs-> so one of them killed me and my teammate(i had 5 my teammate had 0), and then let my teammate (with 0buffs) kill him, my teammate got all 5 buffs.
I then did this later in the day with 2 of my other friends and the same pattern of events worked to give them the buffs as well.
So that text above is probably really hard to follow, so I'm gonna try to make it as easy to understand as possible:
Burning shrine, mayhem clash.
player 1(me, I have all 5 buffs)
player 2(person with 0 buffs, on my team)
player 3(person with 0 buffs. on "other" team)
player 4(person with 0 buffs. on "other" team)
player 1 kills both player 3 and 4. player 3 then kills player 1. this gives player 3 all five buffs.
player 1 kills both player 3 and 4 again. this time player 4 kills player 1. this gives player 4 all five buffs.
now that players 3 and 4 have five buffs. either player 3 or 4 can do this but for the example we'll say its gonna be player 3.
player 3 kills both player 1 and 2 with their super, then lets player 2 kill player 3. this gives player 2 all five buffs.
now players 1,2,3 and 4 have all five buffs.
I hope this has helped someone. if anyone can help me understand how to share an xbox gameclip to this post then I will put the video of me doing this into the post.
anyways, enjoy your flies/aids/deSTDs

Tl;dr If you have space aids and want to transmit them to someone else. You kill them with a super, then they kill you back (payback). Ta-Da!
-
*you get at least a double kill with your super and then get killed by someone with no buffs when u have them all. giving them all the buffs
-
Nope, single kill works like a charm.
-
huh. it didnt yesterday.

Edited by OLDSCRATCH4: 9/18/2016 1:55:31 AMLol, me too. Gave space aids (all 5) to about 30 people last night.

Edited by Baker: 9/18/2016 2:00:41 AMOh. Huh so it's changed from yesterday to today... Is it like... Adapting? That's crazy! If it's true that's awesome but I didn't think bungie would implement something that complicated, we must have clearly underestimated the complexity of this
-
Lol no, I miss read what you said, so my response was off. I meant to say it worked for me "last night".
-
Ohhhhh. Ok I was about to say that's insane if it's adapting I couldn't believe that. What super did you use? I tried using storm trance and voidbow and hammers but without getting 2 kills it never worked
-
Xbox to Ps4 difference? I doubt it, but who knows with Bungie.
-
Yeah maybe Who knows. At the end of the day it's just some swirly lights in a video game
-
...but we get to call it "Space Aids", sooo, there's that...

Edited by Baker: 9/18/2016 2:34:28 AMHaha, Tru Tru, that's the first thing my friend said to me when he saw I had all five buffs like "gg u got AIDS"
