New Raid Saturday 9/17 @ 9 pm CST

Hey everyone I'm was trying set up a fresh raid to help take some new members through. Set tentatively for Saturday @ 9 pm central, but if the group needs to move it up or back we definitely can. If we fill up go ahead and place your name in for an alternate as well. Let's go get some great gear before Rise of Iron on Tuesday! -iHeartBullet (Titan or hunter) -trdoc -deadpooldiego -Crapolio -tbone0910 -gerguter Alternates -gonepostal -

  • Awesome, we're in! If it's not inconvenient for everyone else, a little earlier would be better for us (DPD and myself), but we can roll at 9 if we need to. Any idea approximately how long the raid might take? I mean, assuming with DPD and myself being newbies to the raid not slowing it down TOO much? We're excited and ready to go! I look forward to learning the raid well and eventually helping others get through it, too! So nice to be part of a group! *Oh, and just as a note, I hope you don't mind if I ask that we try to keep the group very family-friendly? I know beggars can't be choosers, and I can shut off the chat feature for my son if I need to, but I'd rather he is able to participate, as long as people keep the language and stuff pretty mild. It would sure make his first major raid experience better if he can hear everything and participate! He's only 11, so we don't want him overly-exposed to really terrible language if we can help it. I have also been working with him and talking about chat etiquette. I know a lot of people hate raiding with kids because they are constantly talking and yelling and exclaiming and blah blah blah. I've told him I don't want to run stuff with his friends and him most of the time because all the chatter drives me batty. I don't mind regular conversation, but we all know how kids and teens can be! So, I am working with him about keeping his mic on mute unless someone asks him a specific question or he needs to specifically say something to the group, etc. We will be in the same room playing together, so he can always ask me about basic stuff. I hope that all helps and wasn't too long. lol We're really looking forward to running with the big dogs! :D Thanks! Danny/tRdoc
