Ling said, doing a diagonal slash towards Mortars legs with his left hand holding the blade.

*He jumps back quickly* I didn't throw it! I just lightly tossed it aside, onto that picnic bench. *He tackles you in an attempt to disarm you*

Ling jumped to the side, landing on his chest and using his legs to trip Mortar in his sprint to tackle him. "Fine, you tossed it to the side! But you couldn't just walk to place it down on the bench?"

*With an "Oof!" He rolls on the ground and quickly gets up* Can we not discuss this while we're fighting!? *He begins to circle you once more*

"Well then it would just be boring grunting! That's no fun indeed!" Ling said getting up and turning to watch Mortar. "Doing the same thing are we? Fine." Ling threw his blade at Mortar, not intending for it to hit him but as a simple distraction. The Inquisitor then charged forward, fists clenched to do a punch.

*He notices that the sword is only used as a distraction and keeps his eyes on you, eventually jumping to the side a few seconds before you can punch him and kneeing you in the back*

"Agh! Fücking asshole!" Ling said as he yet again landed on the ground. Quickly rolling away on his side he again got up. The Inquisitor charged forward in a sprint to tackle Mortar.

Hey, least I didn't stab ya! *He runs backwards to try to gain distance but you run faster forwards and successfully tackle him. He grunts as he knees your gut, then slams the hilt of his blade into your forehead*

Ling yelped in pain and kneed Mortar's groin, reeling back from the sword hit he rolled off Mortar.

*He rolls off of him after being kneed* Damn, are your kneecaps metallic? *He instantly begins to circle you again*
