this, I wrote this in another thread
it's kind of bungies fault cause they just throw stuff out there to see what sticks, instead of focusing on 1 group of players that they would know how to make happy

Why on earth would they focus on one group of players? That's not what goes. Everyone complains that Bungie only listens to streamers; and that's the problem. Although, streamers speak for the people. Some do it well and others don't.

In a sense your correct but also wrong. Streamers do speak for the people because they're the one listening to the people. Bungie is busy working on destiny 2 and preparing for weapon balancing after rise of iron drops. Therefore, Bungie asks streamers on their opinions of certain weapons and perks.
