Well, when you find yourself waking up with a sand crab staring at you on a deserted island you don't really tend to notice those things

"Yeah but here couple things most people don't know about mermaids. if a human actaully is able to touch one underwater they can breath through us but most the time they are out cold so we usually just share our air by put our mouth over their its almost like a kiss but we just know it the best way to share the air. Thats how i was able to bring you to surface safely. Another thing most dont know is that mermaids as species are almost entirely female but there male but not a lot. But we exist where water is at its purest."says serenity

That's amazing. The most I can do to help Someone is become that stronger form and carry them with the arms on my back. And I find it really interesting that there are more females then males. Do males have multiple wives or is there something I don't know about that Mer people can do?

"Some do that but other falls for other males from other species when that happens some lose there abilities to transform exepect when its high tide. But i dont have to worry about that though im only half. But for like every twenty females are like one male so its not that strange their are several species that are mostly all female i could actually name few that are all female lamias are one of them. I happened encounter one before she was pretty cool a little too clingy though. But then again she was cold blooded so she was always trying get warm by wrapping her body around me."says serenity
