Fatal Vision & Comitatus still not dropping
The Road Unravelled drop rate was fixed since the last patch, but Fatal Vision & Comitatus were not mentioned and are still not dropping for me, is anyone else still having this issue?

Update 9/12/2016: finally got fatal vision, still no comitatus.
