• Running around from person to person, was a woman, in her early twenties. Her silver gauntlets shining in the bright sunlight, the woman had long, waist length red hair, and golden-bronze eyes. She was about five six, and her forehead was beaded with sweat. She wore her usual, sleeveless, loose red shirt, along with her black, skinny jeans that ended halfway past her kneecaps, her black boots covered with dust. As she went from person to person, she attempted to give emotional support to those that had lost loved ones. As she approached one, sobbing man, she once more started trying comfort him, however he looked up angrily. "And how can you he so cheerful!?" He yelled at the woman between sobs, his brown eyes staring the woman down. His cheeks were stained with tears. "I lost my entire family! And here you are, saying everything's gonna be alright! It won't be!" The woman didn't know how to respond. She understand where the man was coming from, however she no longer had any loved ones to grieve for herself. "I-I'm sorry," She mumbled in apology, shifting her gaze towards her boots. "I understand." She decided it was best to allow the man to grieve, when she turned around and started to walk away. However the man suddenly got up, his arm shaky as he aimed a pistol at the woman. His shaky arm and tears in his eyes made for his aim to be inaccurate, and the bullet struck her left arm instead of her head, the intended target. However the bullet didn't do much to the woman's synthetic skin, merely grazing it slightly. Surprised, the woman turned. "Hey, what was that for!?" The man, shocked that the bullet didn't do anything to her, stood there, jaw open. The woman had been gifted synthetic skin after saving a village from a group of bandits, and it was tougher than regular, human skin.

 • Hey! he gets in between them We all suffered losses. Fighting won't solve a thing. Put the gun down. You don't want to be the reason someone else has to grief like you are right now.

 • The man growled, slowly putting the gun down, as the woman let out a breath she didn't know she had been holding. "Thanks," She murmured to the man who stepped in between them.

 • Works- I'm afraid you can't. I might not even survive. But it's better than staying locked up.
