Can someone tell me why I can't play my damn game? I have been having no issues this week but I am reading comments saying they have had this problem for days. I am so confused

most issues are from PS3 accounts being transferred to PS4 such as myself , the problem may be spreading to people who played ps4 from the start but I'm not sure problem may be solved in a couple of days
