Been a few days and still waiting on a update or well....anything... Both our accounts (husband and I) been trying to switch over from our 360's to the ones.. Still with the error code Tapir. We get past the agree to go forward then error.. However according to the site we haven't accepted the agreement. Which has been the only way we have been calm.. We can still log in and play on both our 360's. and not worry about the stuff we currently get/do left behind and not moved... So everyone trying to merge over see if your profile on here works or not.. if it says legacy you can still play on your 360's and keep the earnings you get at this time.
