It's was just a migration thing though, the game didn't change it just had a new pack out.
Same thing with d2 and its expansion it was still the same game.
But that whole character migration ruined the game, sooo many hacked items thanks to last gen.

True but the migration situation would be the same for destiny, wouldn't you think? And additionally, moving from old gen to next gen consoles AND switching titles from original D3 to ROS was slightly nerve-racking, and still a risk of loss.
