How would this work if the classes are redesigned? I don't think these subclasses are moving forward in their current forms so they would have to restart it. As far as weapons and exotics, its safe to say a lot of these will be redesigned as well. At the end of the day, destiny 2 is another game in the franchise so if you want the same exact weapons and abilities with new gameplay then that's DLC or an expansion. In a new installment everyone should start fresh If you don't like that then don't play, at the end of the day its just a video game that we play for fun. It "starting over" isn't going to be fun to you then don't play. Chances are zero to nilch that all of our progress just carries over and im fine with that Grimoire and stats should carry over throughout the series tho
