Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.
Thank you for your patience as we pursue a resolution to this issue.

Please bungie. This is bull. I spent over $450 dollars on the new Xbox one 1tb and the destiny game and the collection addition for all map packs and I can't even use all these new things because of this stupid error that you guys said you have fixed but clearly isn't fixed.

xxgrizzlybearxx cannot import from xbox 360 to Xbox one. day 6 of tapir error after import. other profiles ok xbox one work fone but not mine. resolution? the issue has been "identified" for days now but no solution. can you at least go back to sharing experience between consoles? I won't play on my 360 for fear that nothing will transfer over.

1 ReplyBeen trying for 4 days to upgrade to the xbox one... still getting the TAPIR error code. Extremely frustrating to go out and have to purchase the game all over again to play on a so called updated console only to have to sit on the side lines because of an update that won't le you play the game. When is this going to be fixed ? Bungie.net states it is fixed, but I just tried it again, and it is NOT FIXED.
