[i]Beside the gate, the grizzled samurai stood. Donned in his red plated armour and two twin Katanas at each of his sides, the armour shed no reflection to the dusk that coated the earth. His eyes could not be seen behind his helm, but rather artificial red LED's which locked onto this new figure. He stood at attention, after putting his small white teacup to the side.[/i]
"Hello. I am Tesuto, gatekeeper of The Dojo. Do you seek entrance?"

Sawyer smiled at the sight. Tesuto was a form reminder of the samurai warriors he'd been told stories of as a young man, clad in shimmering armor, brandishing thin swords names [i]katanas[/i] that shred through tendons and arteries with precision as if they were paper-mâché. Staring at this contestant fighter under the dusk was truly an awesome sight; however, Sawyer had not arrived at the walls of the Dojo for reliving fantastic tales of chivalric warriors of his childhood. He had made his journey to stake a claim in the world as a fighter who could stand his own ground. Sawyer approached Tesuto and smiled. "A fine day to meet you, Tesuto. I am Sawyer, and yes, I do seem admittance into the Dojo."

"I think I'll take combat first. Wouldn't feel like a true victor for getting here without testing myself, at least. Besides, I wanted a sparring partner anyways." Sawyer drew his sword, letting it slip from his sheath with the sound of sharp metal against metal and holding a jolt bund with tape and leather tightly.

Their blades measure to 72 inches as They tint orange to the colour of the corrupting dusk. He holds them both at the ready.[/i] "As is customary, the challenger may have the first move."

[spoiler]Sorry for the wait.[/spoiler] Sawyer ran at Tesuto with great speed and slashed at his knees while sliding, attempting to knock his contestant off his feet.

The sword caught the thin t-shirt under his leather jacket and left a ragged and bloody slash across his chest. Sawyer backed away and recuperated, waiting for Tesuto's next move.

[i]Tesuto ran to follow up on his opponent, extending both his blades to his sides in preparation for a deadly slash.[/i]

Sawyer wildly fired a few shots in succession in the direction of a hastily approving Tesuto before boosting himself over his opponent and kicking him in the back of his head after vaulting over.

[b]The shots *pinged!* against Tesutos armour, denting it in each spot, the alone sent him reeling forward. When Sawyer kicked him in the back of the head he tumbled forward across the ground and crashed into the dojo wall. He got up wobbly, still disoriented.[/b]

Capitalizing on Tesuto's disorientation, the next thing he felt were huge, meaty arms holding Tesuto's hands in a tight lock, with Sawyer's sword at his throat. "Don't go easy on me." He let Tesuto go, shoving him forwards to the ground. Sawyer sheathed his sword and stood over his opponent.

[i]With his quick reflexes Tesuto punched sawyer in the knee, sending him off balance. Tesuto quickly got up and put his hand on the back of Sawyers head as he used his other hand to grab him by the unbalanced knee, throwing him up and into the ground. Tesuto tapped his blade up against his opponents throat. [/i] "Don't you go easy on me..." [i]The samurai stepped back, to allow his foe to rise from the ground.[/i]

Sawyer rose after the flurry of quick attack from Tesuto and sized him up, drawing his sword to throw it on the ground. "A fair fight, my friend."

"Hmmm. I will oblige, again." [b]Tesuto drops his blades to the side, and raises his fists. He takes one step forward with his right leg while keeping his left leg back.[/b]

Sawyer circles Tesuto with his hands in defensive position and waits for him to move first.

[b]Tesuto quickly slides forward, delivering a powerful right blow to Sawyers rib cage. He attempts to follow up with his left hand towards the same spot.[/b]

Sawyer recoils from the first punch and swerves aside as Tesuto begins to deliver the second, kicking him in the chest.

[i]The samurai is knocked back from the kick, though his armor protected him from any harm. He quickly dashes back into the brawl, swinging his right arm to deliver a brutal chop to Sawyers neck.[/i]

Edited by Veration: 9/3/2016 11:54:44 PMAs Tesuto's hand connects with Sawyer's lack a loud reverberating of metal is heard and despite armor Tesuto can feel a huge bruise swell on his hand, coursing with pain. Sawyer takes this time to sweep Tesuto's legs.

As he falls, he forms his hand into a fist. And attacks Sawyers knee, delivering a powerful blow carried by the momentum of his fall.[/i] [spoiler]I always do this when I pvp. >First sentences are reaction to opponents last attack >your attack [/spoiler]

The force sends reverberations of pain down his leg. After a stumble he growls, foaming at the mouth, blindly charging at Tesuto and picking his sword up once again as he sprinted.

"So much for a fair fight then..." [i]Tesuto raises his wrist towards Sawyer, and eight shurikens pop out from underneath his vambrace. The stars fire, and they all twirl upwards, then start to move and home in on sawyer.[/i]

Sawyer took the shurikens in stride as he ran, most bouncing off of his metal bolstered skin but one cutting through the side of his abdomen. He continued to run despite the pain that now pulsated in his dude and tackled Tesuto to the ground, exerting Sawyer's huge mass on Tesuto's own.

Sawyer recoils and rips the arrow out of his stomach. He raises his hand, and an orb of shimmering, radiant light shines within as his wounds heal shut. However, he is covered in beads of sweat rolling down every inch of his body, nauseous, with blood dripping from his nose. He coughed up a large wad of gore, the words choking from his mouth, "I yield." With trembling hands Sawyer sheathed his sword and walked to Tesuto, holding out a hand. [spoiler]Gonna surrender so we can wrap this fight up. But next time I won't go as easy on you [/spoiler]
