Why don't you be leader? I play with my friend who isn't that great and I make him leader and the matches aren't that sweaty. They're actually fun.

im not 100% clear on this part of matchmaking (or any of it, tbh), but to my understanding, the stats that are used in sbmm are an average of your team, regardless of leader (unlike, say, cod: aw). i could be terribly wrong, but i have tried as leader and fireteam member. thanks very much for your input and reply. :)

Yeah I think this is how it works based on my personal experience. If I match with someone with a lower KD I feel the match is easier for me. But harder for him. Making me think they average out our skill level.
