In the first clip, one player with a bad connection is not evidence of skill-based matchmaking.
Second clip, there's actually a hole in the bridge there that you can snipe through, I've noticed a few streamers using it. Pretty dirty spot.

The first video is to highlight how SBMM is used in favour over CBMM. Therefore some dude from Timbuktu, with a dial-up modem connection for all i know, just owned me and there was nothing i could do about it because he had the red bar advantage over me!

That's unfortunate, for sure, but again. One player with a bad connection doesn't mean there's SBMM or else we wouldn't have low players added to fire teams to balance win ratios.
