Matchmaking on Xbox One is broken!

I see only Tryhards in regular Pvp and Trials (and I haven't the Skill Rank like them). Iron Banner is the only Playable mode... That sucks! Fix that, Bungie! Tell me your View.

Well when your like 1300 Elo each player then you vs a team of 2000 Elo it's fun to try and get better
