Since Linksys were bought by Cisco, they completely -blam!-ed them all up. Linksys used to be the best on the market
Just don't use Cisco@home at all. I use netgear since my Linksys WRT54g went on the fritz. Netgear WNDR3700 and I know I should upgrade, but I'm just too cheap to pay for a Nighthawk :)

Still snicker about Southpark's episode on the "WRT" running the whole Internet. The WRT1900AC was horrible since day one! I swore I wouldn't buy another Linksys after 2 or 3 failed right out of warranty but had high hopes. They missed the mark pretty bad and even released a version 2 followed by an upgraded model pretty quickly. LOL Also, I believe Belkin now owns Linksys and were the ones trying to bring back the WRT line.
